Jennifer did an wonderful job helping us navigate a problem with out HP printer. She was patient and helpful and taught us something we did not know! Our printed scans, too! I highly recommend her!

i needed help with getting my printer…

i needed help with getting my printer to connect to my computer and it took a while to get it done but with the fantastic help of Jennifer Brown who got it to work she's an amazing lady n very knowledgeable about her work. Thank you again Jennifer Brown now you deserve a raise...:} i hope you have a great rest of your day n may God bless you thank you again for all your help/

I had no idea what was wrong with the…

I had no idea what was wrong with the printer. It turns out it was a huge problem with viruses and they cleaned up the computer and helped me install the printer on my phone and computer. I'm so grateful. I was close to returning my printer to Amazon! They really knew what they are doing. One satisfied customer!! thanks!

The technicians were knowledgable, friendly and patient. They were dedicated to solving my issue and did so. I am very happy with my experience!

The customer service was fantastic

The customer service was fantastic! The techs took their time and walked us through the process of connecting our printer. they showed us so much patience and did not give up on us. We could not ask for anything better than that!

Great service with lots of information

2 different techs gave great service with good information about the problem and what they would do to fix the problem. Problem was fixed. Printer and scanner working great.
I will always use HP products.
