Jennifer did an wonderful job helping us navigate a problem with out HP printer. She was patient and helpful and taught us something we did not know! Our printed scans, too! I highly recommend her!

What more would anyone hope for

The technician listened carefully and was very patient in helping me and teaching me how to avoid the problem in the future. She succeeded. What more could anyone hope for. It was a pleasant experience.

Computer Refresh (Increase Speed)

The services i received from Jenifer Brown was very professional. I was able to easily follow all of her explanations and get my computer running much better. I would like to recommend she be recognized in front of her peers for her exceptional services during this troubleshooting call. Thanks!!

Jennifer was able to remove issue files…

Jennifer was able to remove issue files czreted earlier when the Nexa migration occurred. I had tried a number of times to resolve. It seemed take a long time to resolved but seems OK now. More involved than I was able to handle. There have been a number of issues since the migration requring expertise greater than I was able to use, Thanks Jeniffer
