The service was excellent from both Karen Leadbetter and Caitlyn Farr, both in court and everything inbetween. They were always accessible and they acted immediately without delay whenever needed. Their pragmatic and experienced approach was very effective.

The other party's firm (jw hughes) were almost impossible to get hold of at all times for both negotiations and in responding to our letters, and even delayed returning a final draft order to the judge at the end and had to be chased up by the court.

Generally the process was reasonably quick and helped us achieve our purchase. However, the individual responsible in managing our case kept asking the same questions and for the same paperwork despite already receiving the information. We had to escalate this issue which eventually resolved our concerns
