Elisha Roberts dealt with the conveyancing when purchasing my new home. The whole process was dealt with very efficiently and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I was provided with. They were instructed for the sale and purchase of properties. There were a lot of basic mistakes made. We received forms which were just templates and had to be returned, forms which included incorrect names , we were asked to download and print off many forms and have them signed and witnessed because errors had been found on originals. We began to worry that if even the basics weren’t being done correctly would the complicated legal contracts be correct because we had no way to check them. It was a very stressful time. And then when it was all completed - successfully thankfully we received a phone call to say another mistake had been made and they had miscalculated the cost and not deducted enough from the remaining funds before sending the balance back to us - and no apology!
