During initial enquiry, I requested a speedy house purchase which was agreed, sadly goi g away on holiday for a week during an important stage was not what I had expected, especially not handing I’ve any tasked to other staff members.
Not only for the time delays, but other issues, i would not use NM in the future nor recommend them. Why it took 10 weeks rather than the 6 - 8 as promised is shocking and very disappointing

I felt I was constantly chasing and there were numerous mistakes which I had to ensure were sorted !
Did not feel I got a good service what’s so ever and would not recommend them !
