Dragon Fly was wonderful! I was thoroughly vetted prior to storing my travel trailer there so I knew it was a safe spot. The facility is on a quiet dead end road with a coded gate, there is someone on the property at all times, and if there was a weather event (heavy rain, etc) I would get photos of the trailer after to show that all was well. I highly recommend Dragon Fly!

It was a great experience! He went above and beyond and he was very responsive.

The neighbor platform truly raises the bar for storage standards and expectations. Rhea was an all-around wonderful host: she was extremely accommodating and polite from start to finish, and I always felt welcome renting from her. The space was large, easy to access with a garage door opener, & well-lit with both a regular light switch on the inside, in addition to a motion detection sensor. The 24-hour access was an added bonus that can sometimes be difficult to find from commercial companies, especially without tacking on extra fees. She made the rental process extremely simple & straightforward as well. I would recommend any of her spaces to those looking for local, convenient, and reasonably priced options for their extra items. Thank you so much, Rhea!

This is a storage company that is allowing people to store vehicles at someone’s property. In their policy, it states that the person gets discount the first month and if for some reason they don’t move in, then you are paid out the full amount without the discounted. This client had been conversing with me since November. Every single time she was supposed to move in. It was always an excuse and I was patient with her then on December 1 she was supposed to move in and I heard nothing from her then towards the end of the month she wanted to move in after I had called neighbor the company and they told me to cancel her because she had not moved in and that I would be able to keep the fee. Well, she, the customer Sonny tried to contact me again through the website after it was already closed out and canceled. She lied to me and said that neighbor told that she could have a free month on me at this point I did not want to deal with her anymore because she didn’t even move in and their policy is they would let you keep the money because the person did not move in and do what they said they were gonna that is in their contract low and behold they sent me a email asking me if giving her a refund was OK appropriate. I told them no because she had been stringing along since November and that when I called back to them, they told me to cancel the reservation, which is what I did and I would-be keeping the funds. They agreed then the same agent. Send me a message later and says that because I was the one that canceled it. They are going to give her her refund and they took it out of my account this morning. That’s wrong. This policy is wrong if they’re going to say something and not keep their word the customer lied all the way around about her moving in and inconveniencing me for almost a month and a half. I waited several days for her to come to move in for her to just up some excuse. Terrible company that does not follow policies!

Neighbor express delivery is the worst. This is the second time in 3 weeks that my package gets delivered to the wrong address. The picture of the drop-off is a clear indicator that's its the wrong address. I thought after the first time. It happens... But no. It happened again. This time the customer service guy i talked to thought this was funny. I didnt. Worse delivery service EVER. How hard is it to read an address. Put it in your GPS and follow the directions to drop off. Pretty simple. Ffs seriously.

Great storage for RV's. Easy access and secure

It’s outside storage on a farm. I stored a trailer there. It’s secure absolutely no problems. The gentleman was very polite and courteous.

I signed up for this app today I've received two phone calls and two follow-up text messages it's a bit much! Told the first guy I was dealing with a plumbing issue second time they called later that day I said I'm not interested in the phone calls and the text messages it's way too much soon as I hung up I get a text message, obnoxious!

We bought a camping trailer and needed a place to store it. In my search, I found "Neighbor". I didn't know that this site existed before that. We found a garage very near our home which is convenient and affordable. It is so good to have access whenever we need it. We have stored it with Neighbor for about a year and have had very positive experience doing so.

Zack is a great guy, very professional and the place is perfect for me.

I had a camper that I couldn't store at my residence. Having checked out the standard storage facility and RV dealer locations, I was told about this website from a friend. I found the perfect place to store my vehicle with an awesome host for a fraction of what it would have cost otherwise. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend to anyone in a similar situation.
