Easy to order
Easy to order, quick delivery and packed well. The dress is lovely especiall as it was also lined. But sadly I will have to return it as slightly too big which is a shame.

Return refund still outstanding
I ordered a dress through Brand Alley and returned it to needs no label weeks ago I still haven't recieved my refund.

Didn’t like garment, then I read conditions of return of item including postage plus a return to us charge of nearly £8.00. Complete rip off. Have I misunderstood your conditions or does this charge really exist?

Couldn’t recommend NNL more. I’d ordered multiple dresses for the races back in April. Decided on one and returned the others. Royal Mail decided to misplace my return which I eventually located. This entire problem with Royal Mail went on for approx 8 weeks. And Clare at NNL could not have been more accommodating. She was beyond understanding communicated above and beyond. Once returned to NNL the refund was honoured despite being over the refund window. The brand is wonderful and their clothing is excellent quality. I will definitely order again and highly recommend them! Thank you again, Michelle

I really liked the dress
I really liked the dress, perfect fit.
But so disappointed with how low the "v" at front was.
Would of had to wear no bra!!
Im 62 and a 38 G, so think not!
