Nebula Guitar Parts is a Belgium-based supplier specializing in guitar pickup parts, components, and tools for builders, repair shops, and manufacturers across Europe and worldwide. We focus on supporting the pickup building ecosystem. Whether you’re assembling your first pickup or running a boutique brand, our goal is to provide reliable access to high-quality parts, consistent materials, and practical tools that make the building process easier and more predictable. From our base in Belgium, we serve customers throughout Europe with fast shipping and also supply builders internationally. Being located within the EU allows us to reduce friction for European customers compared to overseas suppliers, especially when it comes to import duties, delivery times, and reliability. We supply a wide range of components used in guitar pickup construction, including magnets, bobbins, flatwork, baseplates, pickup covers, pole pieces, screws, slugs, hookup wire, and insulation materials. We also offer pickup winding wire in multiple insulation types such as plain enamel, heavy formvar, and polyurethane, available in different gauges. In addition to components, we support builders with tools and workshop essentials such as winding tools, assembly jigs, soldering equipment, and wax potting materials. We also offer humbucker kits and pre-assembled bobbins, helping both beginners and experienced builders streamline their workflow. While our core focus remains pickup building, we are gradually expanding into guitar electronics and luthier parts. This includes capacitors, switches, mounting systems, rings, and general guitar hardware, allowing customers to source multiple parts for builds and modifications from a single supplier. One of our key strengths is our in-house production capability. We are not limited to standard catalog products and can support custom components, small-batch production, prototyping, and project-based manufacturing. Our customers range from individual builders and luthiers to repair shops, boutique pickup brands, and small to mid-scale manufacturers. We operate as both a retailer and wholesale supplier, supporting everything from one-off builds to larger production needs. Nebula Guitar Parts is not a general guitar store. We focus specifically on pickup components and builder-oriented tools, allowing us to go deeper into the niche and better understand the real-world needs of builders.

It was a pretty seamless experience from an EU store. Something sorely needed for luthiers based in the EU. I'll be buying stuff from them again.

We’re really happy to hear the experience felt seamless. One of our main goals with Nebula Guitar Parts is to make quality pickup parts and luthier supplies easier to access from within the EU, so it means a lot to hear that this is appreciated.

Outstanding service
Outstanding service! Not only do they offer an excellent selection of products, but Steven Van Hout also delivered truly exceptional customer support. When FedEx ran into confusion with my shipment, he went the extra mile to sort everything out and make sure my order was delivered. It's rare to find this level of dedication—highly recommended!

Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to leave this review.
We really appreciate your help and patience throughout the entire process, especially with the issues and confusion FedEx kept throwing at us along the way. We’re very happy Steven was able to help get everything sorted and make sure your order reached you safely.
We’re also genuinely honored by your order, as it was our very first shipment to the African continent. That means Nebula has now shipped to almost every continent, just Antarctica left to go!
Thank you again for your trust, support, and recommendation.
Ordering process was not flawless…
Ordering process was not flawless (errors when paying with paypal). Support was fast and helpful though, but I prefer to be able to order without support. Shipping via FexEx is too espensive, and FexEx is rather bad, their website is low quality too.

Thank you for your honest review.
We’re sorry that the ordering process was not as smooth as it should have been. We recently had a temporary technical issue on the website after a Cloudflare update, which caused problems during checkout for some customers. This was resolved within 24–48 hours, and we did our best to help affected customers as quickly as possible.
We’re glad to hear that you were happy with our support, but we completely understand that ordering should work properly without needing assistance.
Regarding FedEx: we understand your frustration. For many regions, FedEx is currently one of the most affordable tracked shipping options we can offer, even though the pricing can still feel high. We are always looking into better shipping options, including possible alternatives such as postal point delivery, but we also have to balance cost, tracking, and international delivery coverage.
Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us improve both the website experience and the shipping options we offer.
