Great Design Cats are loving it using it right away we love the bag design

The silicone mat failed twice for two different reasons, but they sent a replacement after I contacted them. They were quick to resolve the issue and send a new mat with assembly instructions, and they even asked for feedback on how the replacement process went. Thank you.

I have the Neakasa Pet Grooming Kit and Vacuum. You might think of the old "Flowbee". This is a great product. I use it on my Mini Poodle and save hundreds of $$$ by grooming my self. It's easy to use and I can groom her inside with little or no mess, and I use the vacuum by itself to clean any mess. It's easy to empty and a pleasure to use.

Haben seit 1 Monat eine M1 Katzentoilette u bin grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden damit.
Was mich etwas stört ist, dass beim reinigen alle Klumpen sich auf einer Stelle im Auffangbehälter sammeln, somit sich ein Turm bildet u im schlimmsten Fall, beim Reinigungsvorgang der Mist am äußeren Gehäuse hängen bleibt u mir alles verschweinst. Somit leere ich täglich den Auffangbehälter. Geht halt von den Tütenins Geld.
2. Ist das Netz zum trennen des Klimpstreus von den Häufchen sehr grobmaschig. Hier wäre ein feineren Netz wünschenswert dann würden auch etwas größere Verschmutzungen aussortiert werden.
Da meine 2 Fellnasen ähnlich wiegen erkennt die Waage nicht zuverlässig wer die Toilette benutzt hat. Vllt gibt's da mal eine Lösung.
Ansonsten wurden sie super angenommen u funktioniert klasse. Auch der Support von Neakasa is Tip Top

Der Kundenservice ist wirklich toll. Es wird schnell nach einer Lösung geschaut und der Kontakt war wirklich einfach. Guter Verkäufer, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Es wurde problemlos ein Kulanzantrag bearbeitet und der gestellte Wunsch erfüllt (Austausch einer deformierten Silikonmatte beim Neacasa m1)

I have been very happy with my Neakasa M1 overall. It keeps odors under control very well, the motor is quiet, it is easy to clean, and the design does not take up too much space.

Recently, the hard plastic frame around the silicone pad broke, and I had difficulty finding a replacement in Indonesia because the official store was out of stock. I contacted Neakasa Support, and Serena responded quickly and handled the issue in a very helpful and solution-oriented way. She checked the available options and offered to arrange a replacement silicone pad directly from Neakasa’s warehouse in China.

The replacement has not arrived yet, but I truly appreciate the fast response, clear communication, and practical support I have received so far.

I love this product and it’s been great. Extremely happy with the fast replies and help.

When troubleshooting errors, they have always been very responsive and helpful. I had a shipping issue with a replacement part and they sent me a new one right away.

We’ve been using the Neakasa litter boxes for a year now, with 2 in the house with a multicat house. Had an issue with one and went to support and they responded quickly and solved the issue. Wonderful customer service, thank you!

Starting off, the product is great; it makes my life as a pet owner so much easier, and it’s great for my pets too, because they’ll have a fresh litter box 24/7, and it’s open top too. But what’s even better than the product is the customer service. The team addresses all of your concerns promptly and send clear instructions with pictures to help you maintain your product.

J'ai 2 robots aspirateur chez eux, le NoMo et le Q11.
Le NoMo, était trop buggé, après plusieurs échanges avec le support, il ont mis à jour le firmware et cela a résolu tous mes soucis.
Pour le Q11, 4 ans après son achat, le crochet du ressort de la roue a cassé.
La garantie ne durant que 2 ans, je m'attendais à payer.
Et au grande surprise, après un échange par mail de moins de 24 heures, et sans rien demander, le SAV m'a indiqué qu'ils allait me l'envoyer gratuitement.

I really do love this grooming kit! The vacuum part has been a life saver for my mini golden doodle. I used to spend 5 hours hand shaving her before purchasing this, and now it takes me 1 hour max to completely groom her! It worked really well the first 2 years, but now I’m having issues with the hose. The support team has been excellent with communication regarding which part needed to be replaced and how to do so, though. I would definitely recommend!

I have had the Neakasa M1 for almost two years. It works great, my cats love it and prefer it over any other litter box. It also eradicated any unpleasant smells so my apartment smells great again. It is really easy to set up, clean etc. You only really need to do a deep clean once every 6-8 weeks. I did have an issue with the sensors (I’m pretty sure it is only an issue on older models) but support is great, they respond fast and try to find solutions for you. I would definitely recommend the product.

M1 litter robot works very well, very few technical issues, sometimes need to clear sensor, but overall very good, and customer support is outstanding, quick responses and actual solutions! 5/5 recommend

There customer service is great. Got back to us in a timely manner. The m1 litter box we have is great. It's quite. The app works great on your phone. It also stops when it senses a cat. We have multiple cats and two of them are 12 pounds and manecoons and handles all of them just fine. When turned over to change bag because it is full their is no smell if you do not get to it right away. The litter tray is not hard to change. I highly recommend this product.

Product is amazing, delivery is as promised and the litter machine and deodorizer makes visitors question if I even have a cat!

I purchased 3.of the cat litter disposal units and the cat litter deodorizer and I could not be happier with the products. The litter disposal containers have strong bags and a great design that really holds the odors in. They allow me to quickly clean the boxes as needed and put off running out to the trash bin to one time per day. The cat litter deodorizer packets work really well. We have a multi cat household and use 2 automatic litter boxes and stainless steel boxes. I divide one 2 packs between all litter boxes, litter disposal pails, and the automatic litter box bins. It really doesn't take much of the product to eliminate odors. Neakasa males quality products and provides excellent customer service.
