The litter box itself has been helpful when it's working and deserves a 4 star. The low stars comes from not having a service center in Thailand eventhou Neakasa products are sold here. Neakasa support team staff has been helpful with diagnostics of whats wrong and offering multiple solutions so we can have a working litter box again. But all solutions requires us to DIY and I'm not confident that we can sucessfully do it, especially with several issues on hand. I would rather pay some money to have the professionals handle diagnosed and fix the machine, but there's no service center.

I am very disappointed with Neakasa’s customer service and the way my return has been handled.
I purchased a Neakasa P2 Pro 5-in-1 Dog & Cat Grooming Kit (Order ID: NK1359EU). Unfortunately, my cat is very scared of the vacuum noise, so the product was not suitable for my situation. I contacted Neakasa to request a return.
Neakasa told me to return the product to their warehouse in Germany and stated that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs. I asked them beforehand about the expected shipping cost, and they told me it would be approximately €15–€25.
I followed their instructions and paid around €20 myself for the return shipment from the Netherlands to Germany.
The package was successfully delivered to their German warehouse on 5 October 2026 at 11:33, according to DHL tracking. I immediately contacted Neakasa and provided them with the delivery information, asking them to confirm receipt and process my refund.
Since then, I have received no proper response or confirmation.
This is extremely frustrating. I have already paid approximately €20 for return shipping, and I am now also waiting for approximately €95 in product value to be refunded. In total, around €115 is currently tied up because of this return.
What makes this worse is that I followed their return instructions, used their provided warehouse address, paid the return shipping myself, and the package has been confirmed as delivered.
I simply expect Neakasa to acknowledge the returned package and process my refund as promised.
Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend buying from Neakasa if you expect a smooth and reliable return and refund process.

Have saved a ton of money grooming our four Chihuahuas with this Neabot Pet Grooming Clipper with vacuum. It is easy to use. Plus results are better than what our groomer charges $75 for! I really like that the attached vacuum whisks away the cut hair before it can make a mess. Buy it - you will not be sorry!

J'ai un Neakasa P2 Pro dont je suis enchanté.
C'est pratique efficace et le toilettage de mes chiens est grandement facilité.
Le service après-vente est très réactif et assure un suivi très professionnel.

I received the m1 as a gift, and after a few weeks of use, the robot started to flag a consistent technical error. The neakasa support team has been very helpful and solution oriented, giving me options for how best to fix my robot. The issue still persists, but the support team is actively working to repair or replace it.

Bin mega begeistert von dem tollen Kundenservice und der schnellen Lösung bei Anfragen oder Problemem.
Die M1 funktioniert einwandfrei und wird von unseren 2 Fellnasen super angenommen.
Die Streutrommel wische ich täglich feucht aus (dort wo kein Steu liegt) und reinige sie gründlich 1 bis 2x im Monat. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mir eine 2. Streutrommel bestellt, damit die Fellnasen nicht auf das saubere Klo warten müssen (die Trocknung kann schon etwas Zeit in Anspruch nehmen)

I have two big Goldendoodles, so I’ve tried more grooming tools than I care to admit, and the Neakasa S1 Pro has been one of my favorites.
With two fluffy dogs, grooming at home is basically a full-time side job, but this system makes it so much easier and a lot less messy. I use it regularly, and it has held up really well for us.
Recently, I needed a replacement clipper head and couldn’t find the part online, so I contacted Neakasa support. Serena was wonderful. She responded quickly, sent me a photo to make sure we were talking about the exact part I needed, and made the whole process very easy.
It’s one thing to love a product, but it’s even better when the customer service behind it is just as good. Very happy with both.

J’ai 5 Maine Coon et ils rentrent dedans avec beaucoup de facilité et de place, le plus gros qui n’a que 2 ans fait 7 kg et il a de la place , par apport à d’autres déjà testées celle ci est ouverte et niveau entretien c’est hyper facile. J’ai également 6 chatons et ils y vont tous aussi. Ils préfèrent celle ci aux bacs à litière traditionnelle. J’aime l’option Chaton sur l’application. Je ne regrette absolument pas mon achat et une deuxième va être commandée. Le SAV en cas de question est également très réactif et ça, c’est un plus qu’il est important de préciser.

Just a while ago one of our Neakasa M1 letterboxes broke. I had to do some cleaning and checks but I could not resolve the problems with the doors above the waste tray. After sending some more info to Serena, she send us a new Neakasa litterbox. What a great service!

Customer service is quick and helpful. Serena has been very helpful. I've had my Neakasa for about 2 years and haven't had many issues. The base silicone pad from the original M1 detached easily, making it easy for litter and waste to leak, but I will be getting a replacement pad that I have heard is much better. I do wish that the waste bin or disposal function was different, because the waste is not dropped evenly and piles up in one place making the sensor view it at full. The machine is easy to clean, but you may have to clean more often if you have more than 2 cats.

I have five Naekasa M1 automatic Cat litter boxes. They worked well for a couple of years, but now three of them are flashing error lights without indicating what the problem is. The software is up to date, and they have been cleaned according to the manual. Next time, I’ll choose a different brand.

The product (M1 litter box) is just great. I have 2 cats, and they both love it. Any other litter box has caused issues and fights. This one resolved everything.
Customer service is understanding and extremely quick to respond.
I can only recommend.

We have been using the Neakasa M1 for a year and a half in a multicat house. It has been amazing. We haven't had any issues until lately with the sensors. I contacted their customer service and they were super quick to respond and were able help me resolve my issue. I highly recommend this product.

I've been using a Neakasa M1 for more than a year now. I ran into a few issues and reported them. We went back and forth trying a few troubleshooting steps, but ultimately concluded that my unit had a sensor failure. They didn't show any hesitation in resolving the issue and quickly sent me a replacement base. No need to sent the old unit back (useful for replacement parts in the future, if needed). The new base fixed the issue right away.
​Unfortunately, I had to store the unit away for over a year after my cat passed away. When I welcomed some new kittens last month, I couldn't get the app to connect to my account. It turned out to be cached app data on my phone. Once again, Neakasa responded within 24 hours.
It’s clear that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and standing by their products.
