I was hesitant to order in spite the good reviews as I was worried about shipping, extra customs cost, and whether it was too good to be true. But I am so glad I did!

NBeads was great to send correspondence during every stage of my order from confirmation and processing through to shipment. I ordered my beads less than one week ago and they have already arrived in regional Western Australia- much faster than I expected! My order came to about $100 including shipping so there were no additional customs or tax charges (which I know varies country to country).

I ordered 7 packs of beads and some jewellery wire. Every item is exactly as pictured/described on the website. The bead colours are true to what I expected and are absolutely beautiful! Everything appears to be great quality.
