معاملات في نفس الثانية من مكانين مختلفين خارج مصر… والبنك وافق عليهم كلهم!٤
تجربة محبِطة جدًا مع البنك الأهلي المصري.

تم إجراء محاولات متعددة على بطاقتي الائتمانية—بمبالغ أكبر من الحد الائتماني نفسه—ومع ذلك لم يتم إيقاف أو حتى التحذير من أي محاولة.

وفجأة، أول معاملة تنجح… وأنا حرفيًا على المكالمة مع خدمة العملاء بطلب إيقاف الكارت!

والمفاجأة إن الموضوع ما وقفش عند كده—تم تنفيذ ٣ معاملات إضافية بعدها مباشرة، وتم تصفير ال
حد الائتماني بالكامل.

والأخطر إن الأربع معاملات الناجحة تم تنفيذهم من مكانين مختلفين خارج مصر وفي نفس الثانية بالضبط!

إزاي ده ما يفعّـلش أي نظام حماية أو كشف احتيال؟!

والأسوأ من كده إني اتقالّي إني مش هقدر أقدم شكوى رسمية غير لما العمليات المعلقة يتم تسجيلها!

للمقارنة، بنوك زي Commercial International Bank (CIB) بتقوم بإيقاف الكارت تلقائيًا من أول معاملة مشبوهة.

الوضع ده بيطرح تساؤلات خطيرة عن كفاءة أنظمة الحماية الفورية وحماية العملاء

Extremely frustrating experience with the National Bank of Egypt.

Multiple transaction attempts were made on my credit card—even for amounts ABOVE my credit limit—and nothing was flagged or blocked.

Then suddenly, the first transaction goes through… WHILE I’m literally on the phone with customer service asking them to block my card.

And it doesn’t stop there—THREE MORE transactions were approved right after, completely draining my credit limit.

Even more alarming, all 4 successful transactions were processed from TWO DIFFERENT locations OUTSIDE Egypt at the EXACT SAME SECOND.

How does that not trigger any fraud detection system?!

And to make things worse, I was told that I can’t even file
a proper complaint until the pending transactions are posted.

For comparison, banks like Commercial International Bank (CIB) usually block cards automatically from the FIRST suspicious attempt.

This raises serious concerns about real-time fraud protection and customer safety.

This needs urgent attention.

It is the worst bank in egypt, so misleading information and a not reliable credit card abroad they could restrict it anytime. You have to beware you could get stuck abroad and no help from them you just don’t matter.
Been stuck twice but the last one they restricted my card with no mercy

Good service in the branches, BUT the online services are very bad, and customer service is poor as well

Absolutely atrocious service, having to wait for hours for a simple bank statement, incomplete information from bank agents causing me to have to visit 3 branches, 3 different visits, and call center falls just to print basic documents. Everything is slow, everyone is unhelpful, it's like dealing with a government agency except its a bank where we pay for the service from our own money. I'm withdrawing all my deposits ASAP.

The customer service is mid. But getting someone to help you over the phone is almost impossible. Either you're stuck on hold for 15 minutes ,or the agent is irritated and trying to hang up the call asap

The National Bank of Egypt deactivated my card and withheld my funds without any formal notice or legal justification, despite full compliance on my part. I was repeatedly referred between branches, customer service, and Easy Cash with no accountability or resolution. This is a clear violation of customer rights and an unacceptable banking practice. I will escalate this matter to the Central Bank of Egypt and the relevant regulatory authorities while fully reserving all my legal rights.

Zeer slechte ervaring met HDB bank in Hurghada fillial Al Kwather.geen communicatie mogelijk.geen werkende app.lange rijen bijna uren terwijl personeel aan het chillen waren.geen goede service,geen pinautomaten.en toch hoge kosten als commissie.

The wait time was so long without any accepted organization

Mohamed salah was very helpful and has done the task I asked for right after I told .

By far the worst experience with a bank. Taking a year to reset password and they simply can’t manage such a simple task. I had to fly to Cairo to fix it but even then, they could not. They are so good at blaming customer and other departments.
If you ask, why I am still banking with them? I am existing but I have to fly again to Cairo.
By the way, they have a lousy Mobile Banking App.
They call center agents are friendly but clueless about solving problems.

I am deeply frustrated with the appalling customer service at Al Ahli Bank in Egypt. It’s shocking that a financial institution fails so miserably at ensuring safety, professionalism, and basic responsiveness to their customers. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email, I have been completely ignored—no acknowledgment, no resolution, nothing. It's as if customer concerns are treated with absolute disregard.

The lack of security is equally alarming. Entrusting this bank with personal and financial matters feels unsafe, as their operations and interactions suggest a complete absence of responsibility or accountability. There seems to be no proper system in place to address issues or ensure that clients feel valued.

I expected better from such a prominent organization, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the bank to improve its services, prioritize customer care, and uphold the standards expected from a financial institution.

I have been dealing with this bank since 2007. It may have some negatives, such as long waiting times and many security tests, but to be honest, it is the safest in Egypt. The money in this bank is 100% safe.

بالتأكيد هناك قرارات خاطئة تصدر كل يوم من هذا البنك الذي لم يصبح بنك اهل مصر! اليوم تم خصم مبلغ 3000 جنيه مصري من حسابي الأساسي الذي امتلك منذ عام 2006، وهو مبلغ مبالغ فيه للغاية وفقًا لأي معايير دولية، حيث تصدر معظم الدول هذه البطاقات مجانًا، وبعضها يفرض رسومات بسيطة، وفي منطقة اليورو وانا أعرف جيدًا أن بعض الدول مثل النمسا تفرض رسومًا قدرها 29 يورو (حوالي 1500 جنيه مصري). الأمر المزعج هو أن فرعي قام بتجديد بطاقتي الخضراء الكلاسيكية إلى بطاقة خصم بلاتينية العام الماضي، ولم أطلبها ولم أحتاج إليها. كما تم خصم رسوم إدارية ورسوم كشوف حساب بشكل منتظم كل ربع سنة، تصل الرسوم على كل حساب إلى 700 جنيه مصري، وهي مقبولة. وعندما اتصلت بمركز الاتصال للبنك،اخبروني بأن الرسوم صحيحة وأن البطاقة البلاتينية صدرت وفقًا لسياسة البنك، مما يعني أنه ليس لدي أي رأي في بطاقة الخصم التي يجب أن أحصل عليها! في وقت سابق من هذا العام، أُبلغت عن طريق الرسائل القصيرة أن أي اتصال بالبنك يُقبل فقط من خلال الهاتف المحمول المسجل لدى البنك. ماذا عن العملاء الذين يعملون ويعيشون في الخارج؟ هل يجب عليهم تحميل فاتورة هاتف إضافية بقيمة 3000 جنيه في كل مرة يحتاجون فيها إلى الاتصال؟ لديهم تطبيق لا يستخدم لخدمة عملائهم. للتواصل مع البنك بشكل آمن ولكن لا يتم تفعيله. الخدمة الآن سيئة للغاية لدرجة أنني سئمت من هذه الغطرسة.

The worst bank I ever seen in my life!!! Very low experienced employees including management. They exceed the powers and block card without any reason and informing their customers. And when u come to the bank and ask what was the reason they behave as children and create stories. I don’t recommend this bank to anybody

I have dealt with every bank in Egypt and trust me this one is the worst

إن الأستاذ طارق هو مثال يُحتذى به في خدمة العملاء، حيث أنه يقدم خدمة خمس نجوم تجعل من البنك الأهلي الخيار الأول لي في كل تعاملاتي. حرصه الدائم على الاستماع إلى العملاء وتقديم الحلول الملائمة لأي مشكلة جعلني أثق تماماً بأنني في أيدٍ أمينة. وجوده الدائم في الاستقبال واستعداده لمقابلة كل عميل شخصياً يعكس مدى التزامه بخدمة العملاء وتقديم الأفضل دائماً.

كما أثار إعجابي طريقة تعامله مع العملاء المختلفين وتبسيط الأنظمة المصرفية لهم بأسلوب يناسب احتياجات كل عميل، بالإضافة إلى حرصه على توجيه الموظفين وتحسين جودة الخدمة المقدمة.

أود أن أعبر عن شكري العميق للأستاذ طارق على جهوده المتواصلة، وأتمنى أن تحظى هذه الرسالة بتقديركم لما يقدمه من خدمات استثنائية تعكس صورة مشرقة للبنك الأهلي.
