j'ai commander sur ce site un lot de cadre 3+1
j'en ai reçu & seul sur les 4 et ce n'est pas le cadre offert.
Malgre mes mails de reclamation aucune réponse et pas de possibilité de le renvoyer pour remboursement

grosse arnaque ! J'ai commandé chez eux ils me disent que mon colis a été expédié et reçu !!!! Non, je n'ai jamais reçu l'article en question et après 4 mails toujours pas re remboursement !!!!

I ordered the forever frame, and item I had been advertised on Pinterest for over a year now.
The pictures all looked good, but I didn't realise there was no way to give feedback on the website (would have rung alarm bells if I'd realised that).

The product that arrived wasn't a total disaster, the actual frame looks of ok quality. However the 'glass' was actually bad quality acrylic, not even clear and was horribly bent.

On trying to contact I received no reply (much like other reviews). I'm lucky in that the frame looks sturdy enough and since A4 can easily replace with an inexpensive frame.

This company appears to be a complete scam. 28 days after placing my order after clicking on a Pinterest ad. Three attempts to contact their support, I have heard nothing from them. I am just about to raise a dispute with my bank as there doesn't seem to be any other option.

I ordered a Navoby hair appliance.
I paid extra for faster delivery.
The item finally arrived. I opened the Box, no instructions. Plugged it in. It doesn't work. I wrote immediately. The reply told me to contact Andrea's on a different e mail address, 8 dud this. Despite the fact the item does not work, the reply said, no refund possible. They offered 10% as a goodwill gesture. They made no reference to the broken product. The webb page, says 14 day return policy. The item is broken, thus the return. Lesson learned, no more on line purchases!! The whole thing is a SCAM. !! Navoby Scammers.

Navobyshop is not a legitimate or reliable company—they are outright scammers. I purchased what I believed to be a set of four frames based on their misleading advertising, only to receive a single frame. The product images and description were clearly designed to deceive buyers into thinking they were getting a set of four.

When I contacted their support, they refused to provide a full refund, citing nonsensical policies about discounted products, even though their website promises "Free delivery and easy return" and "Satisfied or refunded guarantee." These claims are nothing but empty words.

Their offer of a partial refund was insulting, as it completely ignored the core issue: their dishonest practices. Navobyshop shows zero regard for transparency, customer satisfaction, or ethical business conduct.

If you're considering buying from them, DON'T. Save yourself the frustration and choose a reputable company instead. This experience has been a nightmare. Stay away!

Realicé un pedido el 12 de noviembre. El 12 de diciembre les escribí porque no lo había recibido. Nunca me respondieron. Y hoy 24 de diciembre, puedo ver que mi pedido aún no ha sido enviado.

No tienen un número de teléfono con el que contactar y el que tienen publicado, no existe.

Una estafa? De momento, parece que sí.

Total fiddle. Written in large writing 3 plus 1 free for 29 Euros approx. I received only one after waiting months and THEY NEVER RESPOND to emails. Total rip off FED UP DON'T RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!

Do not buy by them, same as below.On there website I ordered 3+1 free, but they only sent 1 for which I now paid dearly. I think they are scammers
because everything on there website is misleading and they do not really give answer on your complane. They have only 1 answer which they repaid every time. Contrary to what they promise on their site, you cannot return it either. Moreover, everything comes from China, what takes I long time to receive

This is the same as all the below. Ordered 2 hair products. Took a long time to come. Only received 1 item and no replies on email or from the site, I have sent lots!!
The product is awful. I feel an idiot. Scam company.

Felaktig produkt som inte alls stämde med varubeskrivningen och man får heller inte göra någon retur. Köpte 2 i 1 locktången.
Kundtjänst på det här blufföretaget existerar inte överhuvudtaget. En stor miss att jag inte läste recensionerna innan köp!

Ich bin leider auch auf die Werbung mit dem Haarglätter 2in1 reingefallen.
Es lässt sich keine Temperatur einstellen, nach einigen Minuten entwickelt das Gerät einen sehr starken Geruch (besorgniserregend) / aber jetzt kommt das Beste: die Locken/Wellen mit denen überall geworben wird, kann das Gerät nicht machen.
Es ist schlicht nicht möglich und ich habe mir sehr viel Mühe gegeben.
Ausserdem trocknet das Eisen die Haare so aus, dass sie statt geglättet strohig werden und ich habe gesundes Haar.
Kann es mir gut vorstellen, dass es bei vorgeschädigtem Haaren zum Abbruch führen.
Das Gerät ist nonsense.
Spart euch das Geld.
Und nur nebenbei - ich habe 3 Monate auf die Zusendung gewartet.

Ich rate dringend davon ab, bei diesem Shop zu bestellen. Die Ware kommt direkt aus China. Der bestellte Haarglätter entspricht nicht dem angepriesenen Produkt. Gemäss Produktbeschrieb sollte man die Temperatur einstellen können. Es gibt aber nur einen Power-Schalter. Also volle Hitze oder nichts, was für die Haare schädlich ist. Der grösste Makel aber ist, dass der Haarglätter nicht CE-zertifiziert ist. Das heisst, es birgt ein grosses Risiko (Stromschlag). Das Produkt entspricht dadurch auch nicht der EU-Norm und ist somit hier nicht zugelassen. Versucht man dann Kontakt mit Navoby aufzunehmen, erhält man eine durch KI-generierte, unpersönliche Antwort. Es wird nicht auf die Anfragen, Hinweise etc. eingegangen. Deshalb ist schon 1 Stern zu gut für das Unternehmen.

Im Very disappointed i did the order in September until now 2 months i waited all this time still didn’t receive my hair stylist 2 in 1. And didn’t refund me my money back.. sent emails on reply (( Do not buy direct from this company)) so so bad

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering my curling/straightening iron. It took a very long time to arrive and arrived in a plain black box. When I opened it, I was unimpressed with the feel of the item. It feels like very cheap plastic. Each time I have used the curling iron, it feels cheap and does not glide through my hair, which is soft and shiny. It dries my hair really badly and has caused breakage. When I emailed the company, I was told I am past the 14 day refund date. So I have basically thrown over $60.00 Canadian in the garbage, as I can't even ethically sell this piece of crap!!! Don't bother! You can probably find a nicer one at your local department store, and not have to wait weeks for it to arrive. What a fraud. It's not even worth $10.00!!!!

Près d'un mois d'attente pour une livraison effectuée via Amazon !! !! Étant donné que le lisseur ne me convenait pas, j'ai demandé un retour et un remboursement. Cependant, j'ai découvert qu'ils n'effectuent pas de remboursements sur les articles en promotion, bien que cela ne soit jamais précisé. Au contraire, ils disent bien "Livraison offerte et retour facile" ainsi que " Garantie satisfait ou remboursé."
C'est de l'arnaque tout simplement.
Je suis vraiment très déçue d'avoir passé commande chez eux et je ne suis pas prête à renouveler l'expérience.

A fraudulent store, there is no credibility in delivering orders and they ask you for money to resend the order after they return the goods.. Please be careful of this damned site

Did not receive hair straightener after paying for it. All emails sent not answered

Do not buy from this company. My product was in a black unmarked box just saying hairdressing product. No heat settings as per photos of what I bought. When emailed contact was told that I got exactly what I ordered. I don't think so. I even sent them photos. Was told that it was a discounted item and as such i would not be able to return it or get a refund. Was sent very cheap knock off. Would not recommend product at all.
