Waited 6 wks for 2 in 1 straighteners to arrive...no response from any of my emails.
Arrived today....cheap plastic straighteners with no temperature gauge. The straighteners don't even open so I can't even use them..biggest load of rubbish...absolute scam of a company...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Un desastre vamos pedí una plancha el 17 de marzo y pagada claro está no sé nada de la plancha ni de ellos ni del envío les escribo y no contestan vamos un desastre vamos primera y ultima vez .

Ce site est vraiment une très GROSSE ARNAQUE. Commande faite le 10 mars. Toujours rien reçu après un mois. D'après leur site, la commande n'est même pas encore expédiée.

J’ai acheté un traceur gps mais l’application pour le configurer ne fonctionne pas. Je ne peux pas faire de retour car Navoby est totalement injoignable et ils ne répondent pas aux emails et ni via leur messagerie . Ces société (Chinoise) sont absolument à éviter. Elles n’ont aucune politique de retour .

Item ordered mid February. Still waiting. All they have to say is that it has been dispatched. Dreadful service. Obviously don't want it any more. "It has been dispatched."

Today 20th March still the status shows nothing.

Received my orer but it is too small, I have sent 6 emails to request a return address and theyhave not replied. There are no return details anywhere so bascially I am stuck with it!!

Ordered my product mid feb. Still not dispatched. No customer support. No response to emails. Total scam. Google should take the site down.

Esperienza pessima, non comprate!

Ho acquistato la piastra Navoby il 31 gennaio 2025 e mi è arrivata il 26 febbraio 2025, direttamente da Hong Kong. Purtroppo, l'articolo non corrisponde affatto alle aspettative create dalla pubblicità. La piastra emana un forte odore di plastica e, cosa ancora più deludente, non riesce nemmeno a fare un minimo di boccolo come promesso. La pubblicità è assolutamente ingannevole.

Inoltre, ho cercato di esercitare il mio diritto di recesso dal 27 febbraio 2025, inviando numerose e-mail, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta adeguata. Quando finalmente sono stato contattato, "Andrea" mi ha scritto dicendo che non avevo diritto al reso perché il prodotto era stato acquistato a prezzo scontato. Ho anche inviato un video che dimostra chiaramente il malfunzionamento del prodotto, ma la situazione non è stata risolta.

Mando una mail tutti i giorni dove non ottengo risposta.

Ritengo che questa sia una truffa.

Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto di questo prodotto, sia per la sua inefficacia che per il pessimo servizio clienti.

Nil stars! Ordered a hair iron on 4th November, one month later no item, no response to my several emails. DO NOT USE.

This is 100 per cent a scam company, needs to be removed from Google. I ordered on the 19th February, has not been dispatched yet and there is no way of getting in contact with them. The site is a total scam, professionally done to part you with your money. İt has a picture of trust pilot on the website. İt also has clicks on how to contact them. They respond to nothing. Set up by fraudsters by the looks of it, I paid via Shopify who like trust pilot should shut down any links to this online shop. DO NOT BUY ANYTHİNG FROM THEM! İt's a total scam, why are Shopify and trust pilot not removing their links to these people?

I bought 2 products, one was to small. I wanted to send back and they never replied. Don’t order anything with them!

The frames come broken, emailed to say with photos. The next day one of the backs came off. Emailed again, nothing. It’s been over a week and nothing even though emailed three times now.
Cheap, nasty and poor communication. Don’t recommend and wish I read all the other reviews before buying

Ho ordinato la piastra 2 in 1 su Navoby...sto aspettando da 3 settimane, ero preoccupata di questo tempo lungo di attesa, li ho inviato anche mail per sapere lo stato del mio ordine, niente risposte... Ora lego le recensioni e capisco che è una gran TRUFFA😥...

Would not recommend buying anything g from this company. 😈 I eventually got what I ordered and paid for but it took almost 2 months to get the product and it was way smaller than advertised. Contacted them several times to return and repurchase a larger size (posture pro brace) but they never even responded to any contact requests on their website or emails. No phone number or address to contact them. Save yourself the trouble, money and stress and shop elsewhere. Wish I had read these reviews beforehand.

Total scam company. I ordered 2 sets of frames only to not get a confirmation email. Then I found out they don’t reply to your emails or respond

Abbiamo ordinato pagato e il prodotto non è mai arrivato, abbiamo mandato diverse Mail ma non hanno mai risposto. Vogliamo indietro i nostri soldi!!!!!!!!! TRUFFA!!!

Their website is deceiving It uses what looks like a Trustpilot logo and says 4.6/5.
The item I bought was a wooden frame - it was £26 for what I thought was 3 and get one free which seemed a reasonable cost.
I received one frame! They know what they are doing.
I got in touch and pointed out their ad says ‘Forever Frame 3+1 FREE’ and asked for my other 3 and she pointed me to the specifications right at the bottom of their very long advert which says (select the buy 3+1 free offer to receive 4)
Who in their right mind is going to pay £78 for the kind of frames you can get from other companies for £20.
It’s a con and I was conned.
Don’t even look on their site they are not to be trusted
