It’s look fraud company I did Oder 70$ hade massage machine while Oder showing few days delivery and after that got email for few weeks , I did cancel my Oder and wants refund they not giving me even reply back after few emails not even got back money .. very disappointing be careful my reference num : P438979215

Quick delivery and good customer skills

The package was under weight wrapped. 1.8kg while fully packed for delivery instead of 2kg dates. The package did not contain Ajwa dates that I ordered. There was no way to verify that the dates were organic, let alone from Medina as advertised. Inside the packages along with the dates was a live segmented insect and broken bits of plastic. I do not recommend buying from this company.

Ordered a blood pressure monitor 5 Feb. After no delivery I queried delivery time. Got no response to email inquiry and phone calls go to answer phone and also no response. As of 25 Feb still recieved nothing. From my experience, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM NAVAFRESH.
Update - Blood pressure monitor arrived on 7 March, over a month from ordering. I would say that Navafresh could have sent an email advising of despatch as mentioned on their original ordert. Also Navafresh did not respond to their online inquiry or phone message.

4 cans of lemon soda water for $204. When purchasing on website it was a box of 12 for $50 which was still expensive, but the taste was just to good. When calling them to return, they said it had to be there within 7 days, it took 14 days to get to me ffs. This is not a NZ website buyers beware!!! Scammers big time!

May Lord Jesus bless this tool to be useful to many people for easy juicing and flexible in cleaning as well.

Really good produce and arrived super fast.

Product ordered mid December, no communication and not replying to the multiple emails I’ve sent. My advice, buy from another company

I have not received an email from you as you have stated! More delaying tactics? Come on Nava Fresh you've had my money for well over a month, it takes negative feedback to get a response from you, try replying to the 4 emails I've sent you, you have my correct email address.

My apologies I gave a bad review before because I didn’t know my order from Navafresh had been delivered already it was soursop teabags for my mum for health purposes but I will definitely order again

No information that the goods were coming from overseas, no delivery time-line. Shipping information said it started in Mumbai with Shiprocket via New Delhi and then it seemed to be "stuck" in New Delhi and from 7 December 2023 no updates. I wrote daily to Nava Fresh and all they said was "be patient" with no actual information. When it was here the packaging showed it came from England.
Horror, when I opened the packet, the goods were nothing as shown on the website, in the form, structure and colour, so disappointed.
Nava Fresh has not replied to my email about this.

This is a scam website. They have cancelled my order and are refusing a refund. The order was placed 5 weeks ago. Nobody answers email requests. They are based in India and it is a fake company. Do not place an order, they will have your credit card details and the products don’t exist.

I placed an order three weeks ago and nothing has shown up. They call themselves NavaFresh New Zealand but the product has been shipped to three different countries to get to NZ and as of a week ago no updates on where it is. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The product was great, I ordered two different items and wasn't aware they would be sent as two packages. One arrived earlier than the the other so I thought they had missed half the order. Shipping took a little longer than I expected as well. Otherwise it was OK and I would use this company again. If they advised when an order was dispatched and expected delivery would be great.
