NatoCraft Premium Wooden Jigsaw Puzzles Arvostelua

This was my second order so that says something. Haven’t received it yet but expect same quality as before. Love these wooden puzzles.

The item is poor quality for the price. Came poorly packaged and pieces were falling out. Very fragile, several pieces were broken in box. Box lid doesn't stay on. excessively small pieces. I love puzzles but most likely won't bother attempting this one.

Well presented love how it comes in the wooden box

Fun puzzle. Enjoyed putting it together. It is not an interlocking puzzle so it would not stay together but still fun. On my wall.

The puzzle is everything as advertised. It arrived well protected in a very sturdy packaging. I will definitely order from this company again. VERY PLEASED !! Thank you

troppo lunga l'attesa del pacco . troppe scuse legate al covid-19

It took way too long to receive my order. Puzzles are only bare quality and not the size advertised.

I am so pleased with my jigsaws. Hours of fun. Thank you.

Puzzles are great. The boxes are a little bit to small. They where open and the puzzles outside. I have trouble to close them. But there are still great. Can't wait to start.
It wasn't the best shipping, because I had to pay for customer service. And it was a lot. Sorry.

We are senior adults with no children or pets living with us - the very pretty koala and child puzzle has 2 pieces missing from the child's ear. We believe we did not loose them. Thank you for the opportunity to let you know.

No ha llegado y no puedo ver donde está mi pedido no hay quien de respuesta ...

We ordered the octopus puzzle. It is quite possibly the most beautiful and difficult puzzle we have ever attempted. The pieces are complex and the coloring is great. The large size is not for my 10 yo and my 13 yo is quite daunted. Still it is beautiful and unique. The box could be a bit bigger so that the stand and charm could both easily fit inside.

It has been 2 weeks and have not received my puzzle. It is even hay to see the status

They responded to my order very quick, This was great.
but the puzzle boxes were disappointing. They would not stay close and the puzzle pieces are loose.

I ordered two puzzles shortly after Christmas. I did not receive any kind of confirmation email with an order number, which I found worrying. I reached out to the company, and they were able to provide one. It then took FOREVER to ship the puzzles out. I waited two weeks, contacted customer service again, and the CS team got the puzzles to me ASAP. Much to my disappointment, the puzzle was largely straight edges and didn't hold together. Contacted CS a third time and they redesigned and shipped a (better) replacement for free. Frustrating experience, but their customer service team really worked hard to make me happy. And the final product is beautiful and well made.

Just to let you know, about 12 pieces needed to be sanded, looked like they didn't cut through all the way. Also, one of those tiny pieces around the flower shape broke. Several other small pieces are very thin, just cutting too close for those. Nice quality and picture was more striking than advertised photo, very nice idea.
