Native Smokes 4 Less Arvostelua

I have been ordering from NS4L for a couple of years now. There have been zero problems at all up until my last order. I typoed on the quantity of an item in my order and ordered 19 items instead of 1. I didn't notice until the payment went through. I figured, oh well, at least I will be well-provisioned for a while. When I received my order, I got only 4 items instead of 19. I attempted to reach customer support multiple times via email and on social media, and never got a response. I have never given a one-star review, but the difference between the amount paid and the items received was $1035. I have copies of all receipts and a photo of the box as received to prove it.

I had a really good experience ordering the products and the customer service was really good and they handled my concerns very professionally. And in a timely manner, I would recommend and i'm very happy overall

Great site with excellent customer service. Speedy delivery

I had an issue with an order, and they were able to fix the problem relatively quick. I've ordered many times and this was the only hiccup in an otherwise great experience

Great customer service. Quick response if something does go wrong. Overall very friendly to deal with. Shipments always come within a couple days at most. Will continue to purchase from this website.

On a practical level, their processing & delivery system is great - fast, efficient. The maximum I’ve had to wait (in Ontario) is three days - on a weekend.
On a personal level I find the people empathetic, responsive and just plain nice. They’ve solved any mix ups quickly. (I am old & anxious) And always with respect.
You can buy cigarettes anywhere but you can’t buy integrity.

They will help if there's an issue! Right on top of it... even if they can't do what you want, they will help with a solution. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nativesmoke4less has outstanding Customer Care. If there are any concerns or questions, they are right on top of it & are so respectful & helpful in their response. The responses are also so friendly & personable & they reassure you they are going to resolve your issues & they do.
The other thing is that the prices are so reasonable & the product has continued to improve over each year that I have been a customer.
All in all, I am a very satisfied customer & appreciate the people who have been so kind, helpful, & professional.
Thank you again, so much...I appreciate you... Jen 🤗

They go above and beyond with your order and try very well to get it to you fast.

NS4L goes above and beyond with their customer service. I was having technical issues on my end and the team was able to sort it out. Other companies do not have this kind of customer service!

Wonderful, helpful people! It's a delight dealing with Native Smokes 4 Less. My package usually arrives 2-3 days after payment.

After having my order returned by mistake by the pick up center I contacted Native Smokes 4Less and talked to Niimi who was so very helpful in getting things straightened out. Was taken care of in no time at all. I just started ordering from Native Smokes 4 less in March and they have a customer for all time. Thanks so much
