Problems solved
My journey with National Windscreens started with the booking, not bad, all done on line via my insurance provider. Finding the place was another story, postcode supplied by text was wrong, I eventually found it. Second problem, the windscreen was distorted. NW were easily contactable by phone to get this sorted out. Second screen is spot on.
Staff friendly, and communication good.

STAY AWAY. MANAGEMENT CIRCUS.
Four visits. One windscreen. Apparently, that was the advanced level of difficulty.
First attempt: wrong glass and an incorrectly functioning HUD — apparently I was expected to check that myself before driving away.
Second attempt: after waiting hours, the technician decided fitting the same non-OEM glass was pointless and challenged management, saying they should wait for genuine BMW glass. Great… problem solved, surely?
Third attempt: apparently not. I was told we “won’t talk about the last visit”, and they fitted the non-OEM glass anyway. After more hours of waiting, the HUD was still wonky and out of focus. I was basically told it was good enough.
Fourth attempt: finally, genuine BMW OEM glass was fitted and, amazingly, the HUD actually worked properly. They also forgot to call me when it was ready, costing me another two hours.
So, four visits, hours wasted, conflicting instructions, poor communication and an internal management circus — all for something that should have been straightforward.
If you enjoy making four trips to get one job done properly, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I’d look elsewhere.

Terrible service don't use!
Took a month to replace the windscreen.i had to get my insurance company to call National Windscreens as I was promised that someone would call me to arrange an appointment which never happened.
I reported the windscreen with all the details ie I foot crack but they still sent someone to "repair it" a couple of days later, he took one look at it and said it wants replacing, something I already knew.
Three people promised to call me but never did so insurance had to sort it.
Appointment was a month later and I couldn't drive it because it was illegal absolutely awful service there is no way I would recommend this company.

You Missed my first appointment and…
You Missed my first appointment and didn't know till end of the day so day wasted waiting for no one to arrive, when tried to rebook was spoken to very rudely and had to ask to speak to manager who did sort and apologies but still didn't get an appointment booked by Lincoln branch and had to ring back, eventually cam to do screen but we're missing the wipers and said they would refund them and put a scratch on frame work of car.
So no not a great experience

Waiting time to replace too long.
When fitted, very sloppy work. Glass on outside bonnet well. No signe of surrounding of glass cleaned. Scratch on edge of bonnet & brown dust allover & mastic showing on paint work. Very poar..
