Was all good and very prompt. Two criticisms were they didn't come out to install due to the car having KAFAS cameras, but Autoglass would have come out if my insurance covered it.
They also left my dash cam not working and cables showing against trim.

Poor service and extra damages to customer
Good communication and time keeping. Not great work/replacement of windshield by mechanics, four of the cowls/covers screws that were removed for the new windshield were missing. I spoke there and then to the person who worked on my car but they didn’t seem to help or accept responsibility or replacement of the new screws. The inner cabin side pillar of windscreen the decoration trim/clip not fitted properly and the rain/light sensor not fitted correctly, lots of bubbles between sensor and windscreen. In overall very poor work and not trusted and not reliable. Not customer focused and a lot of unnecessary damage to panels/covers that needed removal for the windscreen. I will not be using you again and not recommending you either because I don’t want my friends to experience this kind of situation.

All was very straightforward. Thank you. I was surprised to find I had to wait nearly two weeks for my home visit. I asked about visiting the depot although it would be more complex for me to do, but there is no discount offered and therefore not much incentive to do so. When the screen fitters came, the job was very well done, cleanly and quickly, and the staff were professional and gave good advice.
