Broken returns
Needed to return 2 items. The website was broken and failed to find the order number. Tried to contact support and the page was broken. Tried to use the Messenger account that I found for support and they never responded. By the time the site was fixed it said it was too late to return.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong items and they will not refund my money immediately with a tracking number for the return. It was the stores fault that they sent me the wrong items. I really need my refund to purchase something else. I will never buy from this store again!

UK Returns Portal is not working! Please can you sort this so we can be refunded as per terms and conditions. No prompt reply from Facebook Messenger either, poor customer service! Has put me off ordering from them again unfortunately.
Returns Portal is Faulty and Zero Customer Service
The items arrived pretty quickly, however I want to return two items, including one was rather expensive and arrived damaged. My order number is initially recognised on the returns portal, but then I click through and it suddenly says my number isn't valid. It sounds like other people are having this same issue too. The customer service is then non existent, I can only message on facebook messenger which I don't use, so had to download especially, and I am now learning they do not read or reply to this. It's such a shame as I really like a lot of their clothes, but I feel I can't order again from here, and will advise everyone I know not to do so too.

Customer Service at it's worst
I have never experienced such bad route to customer service. I have been trying to get hold of Nasty Gal as they sent me the wrong item and my order number is not coming up on my account to return. It's been over a week - I've messaged on Messenger and Facebook Messenger (mad ways to have to get hold of them by the way). When someone finally replied - all they said was that I needed to return the item. NO SH*T SHERLOCK! That was what my email said I'm having an issue with. Will never use this platform again due to the absolute sh*t show this has been.

Wouldn't even leave one star. Avoid avoid avoid. I ordered some dresses to take on a hen do but unfortunately had to leave the house before the order arrived so tried to organise a return immediately. I tried their returns portal which was faulty (a common issue based on other people's reviews), emailing, contacting on Facebook over the next few weeks but received no response. Then, on the day that my returns period ended I received an email saying that "unfortunately my returns period has expired and so a return is no longer possible". Outrageous - feels a tactic to only reply once the return period is over.
I've tried to email again but all I get is the same response that the returns period is over.

I am so upset. Ordered 2 dresses which I would like to return but every time I input my order number it says it is incorrect when it isn't. I need a returns label. Customer service is a joke and not helping me at all. I am just going round in circles.

Used to adore this site-returns awful
Used to adore this site, but since being sold etc the prices and quality do not always align-which is fine. The real problem is the returns portal doesn't work, my orders do not show on my account - even had payment takes twice for an order (and shipped twice) so now I have double what I wanted and cannot return it to get my money back! Can't use their lives chat if you are Android- only iPhone! NastyGal needs to do a bit of work to improve, I think this will be my last order.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM NASTY GAL. Especially if you want to make a return. I didn't read up on reviews and it seems to be a common theme that the returns portal does not work, so you have to go through the faff of contacting customer services...who instead of looking up your order number, ask about 5 questions relating to your items you want to return. Reading the reviews now, it seems 50/50 whether you will even get your money back. Awful service and company. Save your time and hassle and order from a different provider.

I have ordered from the company but it seems impossible to return my items. I have been waiting for a response all day and all I can get it is an AI robot telling me someone will be in touch. Previously liked this company but this is a JOKE

I wish I had read the reviews as I've had exactly the same experience as previous posts. The returns portal doesn't work and customer services are unreachable - they have WhatsApp which is only usable if you're an Apple user, they don't reply on Facebook and I've also messaged on Instagram with no response. The fact they haven't even replied to complaints on here is evidence of how little regard they have for their image and reputation. Do not buy from this company!

Unfortunately, the website does not recognise any of my order numbers, tried multiple times on different days. There is no possible way to contact the company except messenger which I have done 5 days ago and they still haven't replied.
Avoid this website unless you are sure you can keep the items, otherwise you'll lose your money. Very unprofessional.
No refund when returning an item / customer service impossible to contact
Same as all the other comments, returns portal won't work, no way to contact them apart from Facebook messenger which they don't reply too. Found an email online where they did send me a returns label eventually, but didn't advise how I can return it (i.e royal mail / evri / inpostlocker) again used online to find out it was for the post office, I've had notification from the post office it's been delivered last week but no confirmation from nastygal, and when I try check my orders online it has completely disappeared. Still no refund or reply from them. Do not use this company if you think you may have to return something
Missing Items - Awful Response!
I raised a complaint about 6 items not being received from my order. I have been passed around from person to person in response to my emails, each not reading the previous conversation and I have had to repeat myself several times. The customer service is truly atrocious, with some of my emails not even being responded to.
I will not be buying from this company again, and it's also made me want to steer clear of any company within the wider group.
The issue is still unresolved and I will have to resort to going through my card provider to get a refund.

It allows me to enter my order reference into the returns section but then once you get to the portal it states it does not recognise. I have tried contacted Nasty Gal and DBZ but no response so I have no way of returning 2 dresses and will lose nearly £50

I have an order that needs returned and it lets me open the order to see what I have ordered with the code but when I go into the returns portal it says it does not recognise the code. I have tried messaging the contact and I have still not received a reply, meaning I am left with 3 dresses that do not fit me and losing over £50
