Napthens Solicitors Arvostelua

We've used Napthens for one sale and two property purchases now.
I would highly recommend them. They are reliable and communicate well at each stage of the process.
I would definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent service - professional guidance and advice with empathy and caring for a difficult time

Excellent professional service with excellent communications

We used Napthens for our recent conveyancing requirements and they were superb from start to finish. Edward White, the solicitor in change of our case, was professional, diligent, friendly and courteous at all times, and gave us an exemplary service from start to finish. I have no hesitation in highly recommending both Napthens and Edward. Thank you.

Tasneem was excellent throughout the entire process of the sale of my parent’s property. Clear communication, updates on progress and seamless.

My experience with Napthens was nothing short of brilliant. Carla Hodgson and team were attentive and thorough, answering any queries that I had regarding my sale, and kept me updated at all stages with what to expect next.

I would recommend Carla and her team to anybody looking for conveying services, as they made the process stress-free, and their contact was 100% at all stages, from leaving voicemails, to following up with emails.

Thank you all for your help!

A very helpful and professional service during my house purchase provided by Adam. Thank you.

An excellent service was provided by Dawn during my recent house sale. Dawn was professional, reliable and friendly.

The worst solicitors in the market. Will totally rip you off.
Avoid at all costs.

Moving house is stressful but when the chain falls through it increases the anxiety to its highest level. This is when you need a calm, reassuring and knowledgeable solicitor.Gareth Jones was the epitome of this.He was always available to answer all our concerns and was positive in all his advice. As a result we have moved to our first choice bungalow but this would not have happened without Gareth.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm of solicitors

Exceptional service provided.Gareth and he's team at the Liverpool office provided a professional and high quality service throughout. As a first time buyer the process can be really confusing at times, the team made sure they explained every step throughly and guided me all the way through, making it an smooth process from start to finish. I Would highly recommend.

Rachael and her assistant Jessica from the Blackburn office dealt with our property sale and the purchase of a new one. Rachael is knowledgeable and ensured everything is explained in a way easy for us to understand. They are both approachable and ensured that we are kept up to date throughout the process. Communication was never an issue. I would highly recommend them, and I will definitely use Napthens' services again in the future.

Sally Abrams handled my case. She was highly professional, provided excellent support navigating a stressful process and her communication was excellent. Would highly recommend Sally and Napthens.

Helen and the Family Law team at Napthens provided a highly professional service.
From start to finish, they were available to discuss any developments by phone, via email or in person. Information was always delivered in a friendly and accessible manner and costings were fair and transparent.
Their advice, reassurance and expertise were greatly appreciated.
I would recommend Napthens Solicitors without any reservation.

Exceptional friendly staff with efficiency. Would recommend to anyone.

Clear pricing that didn't change along with an assigned solicitor who was very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding of our requirements. Communication was clear and regular whether it be from the solicitor herself or the equally excellent Napthens app.
