Absolutely criminal
Absolutely criminal. They get money from catching people out with poor signage and slapping £100 fines on people who simply drive through their car park by a mistake. Should be shut down.
A company with scamming practices
A company with scamming practices, sending threatening letters and demanding money for unlawful PCNs. You can not call them, and they tend to reject PCNs 9 out of 10.

If you even enter the car park and leave you are charged. Do not even enter the car park. They should be reported to the parking ombudsman. Disgraceful business (if you can even call it that - more of a scam)

The advertised contact number did not work despite multiple attempts. The payment app was slow and difficult to set up, taking around 30 minutes — an unacceptable delay for basic parking payment.
There was no assistance available and no reasonable allowance for genuine attempts to pay. Instead, a significant charge was issued for a minor overstay.
This does not reflect a fair or customer-focused service and leaves the impression that enforcement takes priority over usability or support.
I will avoid this operator in the future and would not recommend this car park to others.

Went and collected my son from waterlooville , just entered carpark didn’t park , stayed in car waiting to pick him up was in car park a total of 8 minutes. A week later got a parking ticket . Absolutely terrible surely you get grace time but apparently not . Appealed it but said it states clearly that you agree to their terms and conditions when you enter the car park , even though you’d have to go in and read which would take that time
£100 fine because of cancelled train
I paid for parking adjacent to Downham Market railway station from 09:30 on 22nd January to 16:00 on Friday 23rd January (30 hours 30 minutes). I arrived at the car park at 09:34 on the 22nd of January. On my return from London King's Cross to Downham Market on Friday 23rd January, my train that was scheduled to leave London at 13:54 was cancelled and I had to wait an hour for the next train at 14:54. This arrived at Downham Market at 16:20 meaning I was 28 minutes late leaving the car park. Had the train not been cancelled I would have arrived at Downham Market at 15:20, 40 minutes before the car park departure time. Having paid for over 30 hours parking and the cancelled train being out of my control, I feel the charge of £100 for the additional 28 minutes is unreasonable. Additionally, there were many fee spaces available in the car park when I left at 16:28 therefore not preventing others from parking. I appealed the £100 charge for the 28 minute over-stay but was told “If you are unable to return to your vehicle in time you can extend your stay using the pay by phone service advertised on our signs across the car park.” and “You have now reached the end of our internal appeals procedure.” Napier Parking Ltd is clearly a company that hides behind policies and procedures in the interest of maximum profit, regardless of what is fair and reasonable. I will not be using this company again.

This is the most disgusting, con artist parking company, the 3 directors on companies house should be utterly ashamed of themselves. Fining £100 for an old lady for entering a car park without even parking is totally absurd and criminal. I warn anyone to stay away from these car parks. Never have I experienced such poor customer service and lame excuses. Shame on you.

If I could put a minus star, I would. On the 24th December I overstayed my ticket time. I purchased another ticket to cover me for the time delayed and left straight away. This further ticket must not have registered as I got a letter for a fine. I didn't see this as I was away on holiday and then away working in a different city... The ticket has been paid AND I had a further letter stating that this would be taken further... of course when calling all of the numbers and selecting all of the options there was no human option to speak with! wouldn't recommend - just incase you are caught short/no accidents are allowed.

I'm a blue badge holder, I was issues a fine while using exemption, the information given at the car parking is not clear on what to do if you have a blue badge. I appealed, had to chase the appeal tried by phone only to get a message to email, when they did reply I was informed my appeal was denied.

Napier recently took over management of this car park. We had a minor incident which meant we needed to pull off the road for safety reasons to check the car over. No signage or barrier changes had been made to the car park but it seems now that simply driving into the shopping park triggers a charge - appealed stating that we didn’t park or exit the vehicle but rejected on the grounds that we should have paid for the few minutes we were there - in other words they are charging to drive in and out - not just for parking ! Like many people on here we have used this car park and bought a ticket to park here for many years but we will never park here or shop here again! Well done Napier for killing off the few shops that were left in Boston !
I paid for parking and still got fined.
I paid for parking and my vehicle was photographed close to the payment machine. This means CCTV would have shown me making payment.
Despite this, my appeal was rejected because their system could not match the payment to my registration. No attempt was made to review CCTV or exercise any discretion, even though proof of payment was provided via my bank statement.
I ultimately paid the reduced charge purely to end the anxiety caused. This felt less about parking compliance and more about rigid systems overriding fairness. I will avoid car parks operated by this company in future. Utterly disappointed and feel robbed. January is already a tough month as it is.

I would give 0 if possible, this parking company are predatory scammers, £200 fine for 2 instances of picking up my brother from the train station (6 and 8 minute stays!)they also make it look like the car park belongs to sainsburys (where I was a paying customer to catch you out). I received a parking fine notice on 14th January 26, the notice was dated 20th December 25, 15 days later, so I had to pay £100 instead of £60 for not paying within 14 days.
As a blue badge holder I was unable to find a means to appeal, what a rip off company they are, I hope the people who employ them loose custom.

Dodgy company
Dodgy company, sent letters to the wrong address so I didn't recieve any mail.
A man who lived at 35a came to my address and gave me letters addressed to me asking if it was possibly mine as I live at 135a.
I sent an appeal in explaining I hadn't recieved anything.
They messaged saying they believe I did recieve them and I now have to pay £160
The best bit is they attached the letter to the email again with the wrong address on it.
Can't call anyone. Just a thieving dodgy company and should be investigated

We paid more than we needed when going to the Quad in Derby as we weren't sure how long it would be. We were shocked to receive a parking fine for £100 soon after. We appealed but were told our appeal wasn't successful even though we had sent a copy from our bank statement with the amount on. They said as a gesture they would drop it to £20. A total scam. Will never use this carpark again

Im a blue badge holder, I was issues a fine whiul eusing exemption, I appealed, but only an email saying if you dont hear its been accepted. Onthe same hand they can try court and If I dont attend I can be guilty in absence. No one naswer a phone, every email get s same reply its shameful money by menaces and no counter arguement will EVER EVER be accepted. I have nothing to either confirm apperal or its rejection. They are quick to send lettes but wont reply to set my mind at ease if accepted. Race to bottpom line, mnimal effort unless taking money. A shaefull company exploiuting a car park which is gated so not going to be abused fopr over nioght parkihgn and never ever full so no pressure, just land over find a way to generate more money. I wont see a reply as they wont spend effort to reply to an email let alone this lambasting of their slack money grabbing tacktics.
