I saw this add on Youtube of all places. I thought it looked like a great product. I ordered cloths for just over $13, apparently at 75% off. A screen popped up asking me to take advantage of another deal and blocked my ability to see any summary of my purchase- assuming there was one. When trying to get rid of the ad, the whole site disappeared.

I checked my credit card -- $254.43 from CART-PRIME SHOPERS is pending on my credt card ! Insane. I also got a bill for $182 US (I am Canadian)

I have contacted my bank and sent an email to cancel my order to their customer service. A new email showed up seconds later stating that my order had been packed and shipped ! No way.... in 25 minutes? This is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING -- I will update this if and only if I this order cancelled and they reverse the charges.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from NanoPolix. What seemed like a cheap deal ended up costing much more than expected, with extra charges that weren't made clear upfront. When I tried to cancel the order, getting any help was extremely difficult.
Afterwards, I discovered that many other customers had reported similar experiences, including unexpected charges, difficulties getting refunds, and poor customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company.
Please be careful and read independent reviews before placing an order.

BUYER BEWARE!! I tried to purchase one item and was charged for 2+ additional shipping insurance. I contacted the company immediately and after receiving many automated emails was told first they could not find the order then it was shipped too late to cancel. I am told I can return at my cost.

ITS A SCAM Don’t order anything . I ordered one item by mistake . However I got an email and receipt for £126 . When checking this several items had been added to my order . Within one hour I sent an email cancelling this order and was advised the goods were on there way . After several emails this ordered has not been cancelled and I have raised a dispute with my bank to try and get the money back . I would discourage any one from buying from this company .

Der Bestellvorgang ist irreführend. Man will nur 2 Tücher kaufen für 17 Eu und plötzlich sind es 100 Eu obwohl man immer nein danke bei weiteren Angeboten im Bestellvorgang geklickt hat. Eine sofortige Stornierung sei angeblich nicht möglich, weil der Versandt angeblich schon erfolgt sei ( nach 5 min??) Ich hatte sofort den Support kontaktiert. Aber da sitzen nur KI‘s. Sehr schlechte Firma deren Geschäftsidee möglicherweise auf Irreführung aufbaut.

Don't bother with these. A waste of money and time. Definitely will not do what is shown in their clip of removing scratches and marks. You will be lucky to remove even the slightest scratch. Go to trustpilot search the company and they're not even listed with them

Multipule failures on my three credit cards made this transaction unplesant.

Diese Firma ist Betrug, Finger weg nichts bestellen!!!! Während des Bestellvorgangs werden andere Produkte in den Warenkorb gelegt, natürlich versteckt und für den Kunden erst sichtbar wenn es zu spät ist. Es gibt keinen Button „Kostenpflichtig bestellen“ plötzlich hat man ein „Danke für ihre Bestellung“ und hier hat man dann eine Rechnung statt wie vorgesehen 17,45€ von 85,00€. Eine sofortige Stornierung ist nicht möglich, da angeblich 2 Minuten nach der Bestellung alles schon verpackt ist und auf dem Weg zum Kunden. Also Finger weg alles Betrug

Easy process to order, glad when I receive order

Vorsicht Betrug. Man wird direkt zu Paypal geleitet und beim öffnen hat man sofort ein ABO abgeschlossen.

Mainly because the website was easy to use. I've heard of this product before and heard positive results. I just got a surface scratch on my car, so I wanted to try out this product.

Like many reviews I got conned into thinking I was ordering one item . I phoned my bank and reported them within 30 minutes of placing the £16 order and had two emails from Nano Polix ..They should be called
NoGo Bolix as thats all it is A SCAM SCAM SCAM .
Someone should be able to shut down this scammer . Its terrible that they can get away with this

Despite trying to stop the order only 20 minutes they were having non of it . ( its all packed up etc etc.) The goods in small envelope arrived today 22/6/26 the single small pack arrived ( about the size of a CD disk) and that contained two small patches with a soapy substance. Tried the "cloths" on two vehicles with minor scratches and guess what . Made ABSOLUTELY NO difference at all. So Im now trying to get my money back . I feel cheated and have wasted £46 GBP. Be warned

I wouldn’t give this a one star. Do not be fooled by this company. I ordered minimum 2 cloths which should’ve been approx £38 and I have been charged over £80 this has included 2 items which I did not order but were added after I placed order. Be careful they are trying to sell you additional items and you are asked in very small print if you want to add, I ticked no thanks for approx 10 items I was not interested in. The last pop up was for two items which were already ticked. I did not realise that this was added to my order, a fog and car spray neither item I wanted. I immediately contacted this company and have had no reply, one of my emails have been returned even though I used their email address which is on their website. Absolute CON, do not use!

What I ordered for $17 turned into $111.80. I immediately contacted my bank, explained the situation, and disputed the charge. The phone number they have listed does not work. They will send you a phony email as if someone is going to respond, but they don't. My money has been reversed from my bank. I did have to cancel my debit card.

I'm seriously not happy with your buying procedures as I ordered one get one free, it turns out to be 4 and charged for the free one. This is highly immoral and misleading you have scammed me over this product purchase and I will take legal advice on this matter to be certain.
I will be in touch via my legal representative, and no matter the amount of rhetoric from yourself will suffice in this regard.
If this is how you conduct your business then it needs to be looked at in more depth to say the least. As a daughter of an ex military ex special forces father, I was brought up to tell the truth, this does not seem to be the case with yourself. One thing I do know, no one scams his daughter and gets away with it for any reason. One very upset and angry customer.

It says a refund is available b4 30 days of purchase. Yet it has to b returned unused/unopened and brand new never used. So how would u know u would like a refund if u never use the product. Scammers!!!

I was also scammed. BEWARE. Amazon has the item on its listings, so buy the same product there and not through this website. Everyone should report them.
