Tom R let me know the night before when…

Tom R let me know the night before when he was expected to arrive and a helpful link to show what was going to happen.
Tom sent a message advising he was 10-15 minutes away on installation day.
Tom took a quick look around to see where the best place for the router was and went from there.
My only disappointment was that BRSK hadn’t managed to send the BetterTV equipment. When I sent Tom another message he advised that the kit was normally posted but he’d sent a message chasing the kit.

Stevie G installed my broadband

Stevie G installed my broadband, great comms about when he was turning up, came when he said and installed with minimum disruption. Left the inside and outside clean and tidy and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

Kyle Johnson , unreal. Excellent service. I can’t thank Kyle enough for his patience today. Thanks to him our son will have Alexa playing white noise and we will all sleep soundly. Great to talk to as well while he worked.

I was very pleased with the service from Stevie G

I was very pleased with the service I received from my installer today (Stevie G). He was very efficient and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing.

Stevie made sure that he didn’t make a mess and was very professional throughout.

Really appreciate Stevie G

Really appreciate Stevie G, absolute legend came on time and is a very nice person. Internet is more than great so far if not 10x better than my previous one was installed in about 45 mins. Nothing but five stars for me!
