Nalovira Arvostelua 

I wanted to return an order placed online on their UK website, worth £75.98. I followed their return procedure and requested to return within a week of delivery (do to shoe sizing) for a full refund - instead, what followed was sequence of attempts to negotiate, first offering me a £15 partial refund as a 'gesture of goodwill' and to keep the shoes, then a £30 refund as 'a maximum amount we were able to secure for you'. I'm still trying to obtain the return address (if that even exists) to post the order back for a full refund, as I'm entitled by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Wonderful customer service and excellent shoes. Ordered a pair for my 94 year old father and he suffers with swollen feet. We are very happy with the product and service. Customer service staff were so kind.

So good I bought three pairs! These comfort wide fit ballet shoes are the best flats I have found. They even fitted my wide feet with bunions… amazing

Having ordered a pair of shoes that turned out to be too small,on request, the company sent me the next size up with no charge. Exellent service!

Bought a pair of there barefoot shoes I fine them perfect the pain in my knees and ankles have gone, I use to walkover on my heeled trainers now my feet really feel great, the price is great as well fast service,oh the back of my legs ached for a week now there fine as I am a first time barefoot shoe user

I didn't read the reviews before ordering. I ordered sandals. They looked just like what I was looking for. And I took my trust in that they use shopify.
Delivery was aprox. 7/10 days which I thought was standard but didn't realise came from China so that was quick considering.
Sandals are nice and wide. Super comfy and look to be well made. Time and wear and tear will tell.
No need to use customer services so cant rate that.
Overall very happy with product and service. Based on this I would use again

Cheap rubbish, made in China. I ordered the barefoot hiking trainers. As soon as I took them out of the flimsy bag I could see how poorly made they are. The returns process was PAINFUL. They kept trying to persuade me to keep the shoes and accept a partial refund - they don't value their own product. When I finally got the returns address not only did I have to tell them when it had arrived at their Dunstable office, I had to tell them how much they owed me! Steer well clear.

I wish I had heeded the 1 star reviews, as they are correct. Based on my current experience with this 'company', the 4-5 star reviews seem to be fake.
The shoes I ordered took nearly 2 weeks to arrive - from China. They look and feel badly made and were at least 2 sizes smaller than what they stated on the shoe.
Trying to return them is a horrid experience that I am still currently trying to resolve. You get one email every 24 hours at 04:50 (GMT), which they eek out on purpose. The emails are unsigned without any company information. They are reneging on their refund policy to supply the pre-paid returns label, due to being defective.
The company 'Nalovira' is not listed on Companies House and they actively hide their true parent company name from being searched on the internet. The returns address is Luton and their company office listed as Dundee (under the name Nalovira, which doesn't exist as a company in the UK), so one must assume that they are giving HMRC all that they are owed. ScamAdviser has them listed as high risk. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

i have been looking for a pair of shoes for my swollen feet,tried lots lots of shoes the past 2 years the ones i thought to try were failures,so i gave up but by accident i came across nalovira website and thought lets try them andlow and behold they fit and are comfortable, at last ive found shoes that fit me,so thanks nalovira,i recommend there shoes.thanks mr smith

These blue flat evening shoes were perfect for what I needed to go to summer parties - comfortable & smart. I have wide and swollen feet due to past injuries and cannot ever find any smart shoes that fit . So I was delighted. The soles were very thin and slippy so no good for any walking or if wet.

Shoes as advertised. I liked that particular colour (tan) and the contrasting blue shoelaces are unique and really nice. Unisex- but maybe slightly more masculine, as a female still feels fine. The faux suede finish is fine and very soon was a comfortable wear. The order arrived as informed by email. It did come from China and that is transparent. They are "barefoot shoes" so won't have heals. I found the product to be as specified in their ad and there is no scam from my experience at all.

I have recently had dealings with Nalovira the company is excellent any questions they respond to very quickly they keep you updated with progress of orders.I hope to be using this company again.A1

Very comfortable sandals! Would recommend sizing up though! I’m a size 5 and ordered a size 5.5. Could have probably done with a 6! They are still very nice and had a lot of comments! Have ordered another pair for a birthday present to my mum so hopefully she’ll love them as much as I do!

Purchased so:e shoes for my mum size 4 but when they arrived they were a 36eu so a size three. Finding the contact on the website for return was a bit difficult but once I got to the right customer service they were excellent replaced the shoes no problem and a very swift response. Would recommend . Excellent customer service.

I bought shoes in a sale and tried 3 pairs. They were good value at the sale price. They are well designed and the quality is fine for the price. I liked the fact that 2 ortho pairs had a really wide toe box which I’ve been searching for. Unfortunately I had to return 2 pairs due to the fit elsewhere

These shoes are wide and comfortable. There is room to insert orthotics if needed. The laces reach to the toes which allows for width expansion all the way down. The soles are very grippy and good for walking difficult terrain. Interesting range of colours. One downside for a walking shoe is the lack of an integral tounge- no treading in deep puddles!
