I’m giving 3 stars because the tech and the nurse were so nice and was helping me the best way they can, 2 stars deducted because I was so looking forward to use my “GIVEAWAY AWARD” for participating in their Instagram game. On day of supposed appointment, tech needs to reschedule me for my lip filler and assured that the “Giveaway”promotion prize will be kept and be used for the rescheduled date. Went back for the date and was told they can’t use it and have to pay full price is disappointing. Nevertheless, I’m happy with my lip filler results.

Routine Touch ups
Went in for routine touch ups, brow lift, forehead tox and a lip flip. I requested Melanie again, and she did not disappoint. She understands my needs and knows what results I want to achieve. She gives me the best advice, thank you Melanie! A shout out to the ladies at the front desk. Thank you for always making me feel welcome, you are ALWAYS so polite. Will definitely be back again for my next touch up.

Fantastic care and concern to make sure I was comfortable. Emily brought me a blanket, water, and snacks! Super sweet. Vivi did a great job with my filler, she took extra time to make sure my filler was even, she compared my original photos, and made sure I was numbed up. Very good experience all around. The Chino Hills site team are fantastic

Mom and daughter combo!
My daughter and I came back. This is our second time at Naked MD Burbank. I got Botox and l got Juvéderm lip filler full syringe. My daughter got versa lip filler full syringe and microneedling. Valeria was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. We are satisfied. We will be back in a few months.

I’ve been coming back to NakedMD for my masseter Botox, and this time I also got chin filler for the first time. Vie and Leesa handled my treatment and were both precise and attentive, walking me through everything and making sure I was comfortable throughout. Natalie was great as my consultant too. The whole team is professional, the results look natural, and I always feel taken care of. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a med spa that actually knows what they’re doing.

I came in for lip filler and Botox, and I had such a great experience from start to finish!
The first person who greeted me was Katie, and she was so pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. My injector was Mercedes, and her personality and vibe were absolutely amazing. She made the entire experience feel smooth, comfortable, and easy.
Mercedes was extremely knowledgeable about the products, took the time to explain everything, and had such a steady hand during the injection process. I felt completely comfortable and confident in her care.
This was my third time at NakedMD, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for Botox, filler, or any of the services they offer. The customer service is truly top-notch, and the entire team is wonderful.
