I am extremely disappointed and considering canceling my membership. My appointment was at 2:15. I arrived at about 2:05 and was not seen by the nurse until 3:38. I completely understand being behind but to wait almost 2 hours for a service to be rendered is absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate. Had I arrived to the appointment that late, I wouldn’t be seen and probably financially penalized for the inconvenience. I would’ve rather you all had asked if I could come back than to have me simply sitting in a room waiting for that amount of time. I could’ve done other things with my day than sit almost 2 hours for a service that takes less than 10 minutes to have done.

The Ladies who worked at NakedMD did a wonderful job at being attentive towards clients needs and their energy was very positive and welcoming! Lips came out lovely and can’t wait to come back again soon!

Brie had a great attitude, and I really appreciate that she tried to help (correct the work of another injector). However, I do want to be honest that this has been a very disappointing experience overall.

After having my forehead tox done at your office, my eyebrows noticeably dropped. I lost the beautiful natural arch I’ve always had, and my brows came down much closer to my eyelids and eyelashes. I’ve been getting tox treatments for about three to four years at other practices, and I’ve never had this happen before.

Brie did a correction previously, which helped slightly, but my brows still have not returned to where they were before the original treatment. Today, I came in hopeful that the office would simply help correct what happened. Instead, I was initially told that the correction would not be complimentary, and ultimately only two units per side were comped.

I have to say, the experience left me feeling really uncomfortable and disappointed. I felt like I had to put a lot of effort into getting the office to address a result that occurred from a treatment I received there. Today especially, it felt as though the minimum was being done rather than focusing on correcting the issue and getting me as close as possible to my previous result.

For me, part of feeling comfortable with an aesthetic practice is knowing that if something doesn’t go as expected, the practice will take ownership and work with you to make it right without making you feel uncomfortable for asking. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here.

I appreciate Brie’s attitude and her willingness to try to help, but I don’t want to go through an experience like this again. Because of that, I don’t think I’ll be booking future treatments with the practice.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Kenna!! She is THE girl I trust with my face. 😭💗 Every single time I see her, she makes me feel so comfortable, actually listens to what I want, and somehow knows exactly how to enhance my features while still making me look like ME. She’s so knowledgeable, honest, patient, and insanely talented at what she does. I never feel rushed or pressured into doing anything, and she takes the time to explain everything and make sure I’m completely comfortable. My results with her have been absolutely beautiful and I always leave feeling 10x more confident.

And honestly, the Cottonwood Heights NakedMD location in Utah is THE BOMB. Everyone there is so sweet and welcoming, the whole vibe is amazing, and I always look forward to going in. Kenna especially makes every appointment so fun and genuinely feels like my girl at this point. 🥹💕
