My experience with Naissance was very disappointing. On april 17 I placed an order and right after completing payment I realized I could sign up for their newsletter and receive an extra discount. I contacted customer care immediately, asking them to please apply the discount code to my current order. I was pretty sure it wasn’t too late to apply an extra discount, had they ever read my message. But nothing happened for 11 days! Customer service wrote back to my inquiry on April 28, just so they could tell me that my order had already been shipped thus it was too late for them to take my request into account.
Of course I wrote back with a complaint but all I got in return was a careless “sorry but that’s it”.
On a separate note, I was also disappointed with their packaging and their plastic bottles, which showed up intact but all sticky on the outside, as if they were covered in glue. On top of this, it’s impossible to read what’s written on labels because of the awfully tiny print. All products came without any specific information or certificate regarding the exact origin of the oils or their specific use.
All in all, it’s not a product I would recommend. It seems to me like there are better options out there and that it may be worth it to pay a little more to get something that is certified and well packaged. Care is important!

I tried to order a product which was out of stock at the time. They agreed to contact me when it was in stock, which they did. So I ordered it and it came by return. I was so impressed I ordered more, and this came by return too.

I've been a regular customer of Naissance for yeaaaars - from their carrier oils to their essential oils! I'll always choose them over any other alternative brands because their oils are of such good quality. Products are always as described and are fairly priced, fast dispatch and delivery, well packaged, as well as great customer service too. I can't fault Naissance and highly recommend them!

Bulk oils come in a horrible bottle. Cap is impossible to take off. Haven't managed to unscrew this after many attemps. Can't use the oil. The handle is so close to the cap cannot get my hand around the cap to even turn it let alone unscrew the damn thing. Team is useless at addressing issue. For my next order I requested them not to send me the same bottles. But the order was posted out without addressing the issue.

I like the products, a good range of organic selection. A good customer service, a fast delivery. Prices are reasonable.

I dislike usage of plastic bottles and containers. That's why I only give 3 stars.

I love the quality products and the great human treatment the store give to the costumers.

I have been a loyal customer for years, but recent experiences with this company have completely eroded my trust. Here’s what I encountered:

Inca Inchi® Organic Active
• The product is advertised as “Inca Inchi® Organic Active” and is said to be sourced from the Amazon Rainforest. However, the COA provided lists China as the country of origin.
• The product listing states it must be diluted to 1-5%—highly unusual for a pure, cold-pressed oil. Yet, the COA gives no explanation for any modifications or why it cannot be used neat.
• Essential information such as fatty acid composition, extraction method, and purity tests are missing from the COA. When asked whether these tests were done externally or internally, they avoided the question.

Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
• I purchased Ylang Ylang in January 2025 with no expiry date indicated at the time of purchase.
• After several emails, I finally received a COA showing that the product had expired in 2024.
• Being sold an expired essential oil is unacceptable, especially when no expiry information was disclosed prior to purchase.

Shea Butter
• I previously complained about the off-smell of their Shea Butter in a review—saying it smelled like cocoa butter—only to later discover that the product had a very short remaining shelf life.
• Instead of acknowledging the issue, they dismissed my concerns and claimed that, as a natural product, slight variations in odor are normal. Their response even included a statement about offering various products at different price points, which is a poor excuse when all products should meet consistent quality standards.
• Their dismissive response felt like an attempt to gaslight me, denying any real issue despite evidence to the contrary.

Final Thoughts
This company’s practices are deeply troubling:
• They are selling expired products without disclosure.
• Their COAs are incomplete and contradict the information on their website regarding product origin and formulation.
• Their customer service response is evasive and, frankly, gaslighting—trying to make me feel mistaken about my own experience.

For anyone who values quality, transparency, and honest customer service, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This company cannot be trusted.
