Sehr zufrieden ! ich habe bereits mehrfach bei Naissande bestellt. Unkomplizierte Bestellung, schneller Versand, Spitzenware und bei Problemen un sehr kulanter Service.

We've bought materials from Naissance for many years but have experience a decline in quality and service recently. Latest purchase of refined Raspberry seed oil smelt terrible and was orange in colour. In addition the MSDS revealed that the oil is adulterated with Sunflower seed oil which is not declared on the website. Over three weeks later I have received a refund but no replacement stock and no explanation for the issue. I have been promised a response from the Sales Director but that has not been forthcoming. Quite unacceptable customer service, poor quality product and extremely poor business practices. I would not recommend purchasing from Naissance. I will be buying my materials elsewhere in future

Happy customer. Products arrive promptly and well packaged. I have only bought my oils from this company, so I can not compare them to others, but I do not feel the need to look elsewhere for my oils currently.

No lo he recibido aún… la entrega y la atención al cliente un auténtico desastre.
El 6 de junio hice pedido con entrega en domicilio. Cuando reclamo me dicen que no estaba en casa y q me lo han dejado en punto recogida (si no reclamo ni me entero y además nadie me llamó diciendo que no estaba en casa). Cuando me dicen que el pedido estaba desde hacía días en el punto de recogida, les pido q me den dirección y que me pasaré la semana siguiente ya que estaba de viaje. Les pido e insisto que me lo guarden. Y cuando voy a recogerlo no estaba. He enviado 3 mails reclamando solución y ni me contestan. El producto me gusta y he comprado varias veces pero la atención al cliente y el transporte que tienen es un 0 en mayúscula!!!

Meine erste Bestellung bei naissance, weil dieses Unternehmen online empfohlen wurde. Lieferzeit war okay, aber leider die gelieferte Ware nicht: Die Verpackung der Shea-Butter war verdreckt und schmierig, die Flasche mit dem Kokosöl offenbar nicht dicht, sodass die Flasche selbst ganz ölig war.
Nach Rückfragen beim Support, wie alt denn die Produkte seien (eine ewig lange und falsche Lagerung war mein Verdacht), habe ich zügig Antwort erhalten. Auch wurde eine Zustellung einer neuen - und diesmal einwandfrei verpackten Shea-Butter - veranlasst. Aber man teilte mir auch mit, dass eines der Öle, die ich bestellt habe, über ein Jahr alt sei (ca. 15 Monate) und das halte ich für bedenklich. Ich kenne die Lagerungsbedingungen nicht und kann auch nicht alles innerhalb von kurzer Zeit verbrauchen - ich erwarte ein Produkt, das nicht älter als ein Viertel Jahr ist, wenn ich daraus Körperpflegemittel für hochgradig empfindliche, kranke Haut herstellen möchte. Deswegen mach ich ich ja den ganzen Zinnober mit eigener Herstellung!
Man bot mir an, das Öl auf eigene Kosten zurückzusenden und das Geld zu erstatten. Ich habe mich entschieden, das jetzt erst mal zu testen. Im besten Fall kann ich es verwenden - im schlimmsten Fall war das ein Versuch und ich suche einen neuen Anbieter. Ich wollte erst drei Sterne geben, aber je länger ich darüber nachdenke, dass man mir offensichtlich nicht richtig verschlossene Produkte (Stichwort Keimbefall) und Naturkosmetik, die über ein Jahr alt ist, zugeschickt hat, desto mehr denke ich, dass dafür gar keine Punkte vergeben werden sollten. Ein Stern für den Support, ein Stern für die Produkte, deren Haltbarkeitsdatum akzeptabel ist. Sobald ich die Produkte geöffnet habe, korrigiere ich ggf. auf drei Sterne.

PS: Auch ich würde es befürworten, wenn man die Chargennummer auf die Produkte druckt, sodass man sie online überprüfen kann (was ich bei Kosmetik immer tue).

Vitamin E Oil - Product

I purchased this thinking it was actual Vitamin E oil, but after reviewing the product's safety data sheet, it's clear this is just sunflower oil with a small amount of vitamin E added. The label “Vitamin E Natural Oil (Sunflower)” (by the way sunflower is not even added on the packaging or marketing, but in the safety sheet) is extremely misleading—it implies you're getting a concentrated or pure vitamin E product, when in reality, you're mostly paying for cheap carrier oil.

There’s no transparency about how much actual tocopherol (vitamin E) is included. If it were a high percentage, they would proudly state it. But they don’t—because it’s likely less than 1%, which makes this product virtually useless if you’re expecting therapeutic or antioxidant benefits from vitamin E.

This kind of labeling feels deceptive and disrespectful to consumers who are trying to make informed health decisions. I do not recommend this product to anyone looking for real vitamin E oil. Look for products that clearly state the concentration of tocopherol and avoid vague blends like this.
