Naetur Arvostelua 

Geen aanrader! De maten vallen veels te groot uit waardoor je moet retourneren en weer €10 aan verzendkosten kwijt bent en daarnaast valt er geen contact te krijgen met het bedrijf. Ik zit nu bijna 1 week te wachten op antwoord en bellen kan niet.

Uiteindelijk een mail gestuurd, maar helaas nog niks vernomen.

I ordered a t shirt and unfortunately it got lost in the mail, I was worried that I won’t get it by the time I leave the uk , I contacted Naetur via Instagram, a guy named Boris answer me he was so helpful and searched for my shipment and sent me a new delivery via dhl with a beautiful gift. So it turned out to r really good customer service I love the products and I am happy overall .

I can only give a positive feedback. All the items have a very good quality, from jewelry to clothing. With the express delivery, as soon as I order, the package is ready to leave and takes only one day to arrive in Italy.
Also the team is available and friendly.
I really recommend this brand!!

Een mooi ketting van mijn vriendinnen gekregen, bleek later allemaal steentjes eruit zijn gevallen heb 3x geprobeerd met de klantenservice contact op te nemen totaal geen response, op Instagram berichten gestuurd ook geen response en als laatste onder een Instagram post gereageerd ook niet! Zo jammer dat je niemand maar dan ook niemand van hun te pakken krijgt..

The worst customer experience I have had. No way to reach them out, no way to return items. Dont buy there!

NAETUR offers a great selection of jewellery and I have been wearing mine every single day for the past year without any problem. The quality of the products is amazing, the color doesn't fade, the clips to close the earrings stay strong and don't deteriorate in any way. I am very happy with my orders and will order lots more! Worth every penny.
Also the client service is very friendly ;)

Uiteindelijk door een berichtje onder een instagrampost in contact gekomen met de klantenservice en werd er adequaat gehandeld op mijn retourverzoek. Ik heb de bestelling retour gezonden en had binnen 2 dagen mijn geld terug. Fijn.

(Gecharmeerd van de outfit op Romee Strijd haar instagram pagina. Setje besteld, helaas te klein. Inmiddels veelvuldig geprobeerd in contact te komen met klantenservice voor een retourmelding middels diverse kanalen: e-mail orders@ en info@ en instagram. Geen reactie..)

I bought a lot of items of Naetur and the quality is really good. The gold layer & strass are still on the jewellery, eventhough I keep them on while showering.

Unless you are 100% sure that you will keep the item, then don't order here, because if you want to return, there is no way to reach their customer service. I sent multiple e-mails, trying a different e-mail address, using their contact form, still no response at all. I even sent a message on Instagram. I have filed a complaint at the Consumentenbond and Webwinkel.nl and I hope they will help me fix it.

Scam. I always followed Romie and believed that the product would be good. But apart from good marketing, customer service was terrible.
First of all, there was no way to track delivery. Then when it got delayed for a month it turned out that it got back to the Naetur, but no one ever called me or left a message that the product was supposed to be delivered.
Second, there is no way to reach customer service, I tried to contact email, webpage, Instagram etc. Then when they answered on Instagram after few weeks they said they would refund the money and guess what? Money was never sent. But then when I wrote again no one ever answered.

So all in all good business model and way to earn money no doubt.

REALLY BAD.
Especially the costumer care. Still didn't received any respond after almost 2 months. Received wrong item, sent it back with the returning receipt. Trying to deal with my bank.
NEVER EVER AGAIN, VERY DISAPPOINTED

Een sweater via hun site besteld, snel ontvangen en de sweater was ook erg mooi. Alleen had ik 2 maten besteld, om te kijken welke het beste past. Nu probeer ik al 3 weken contact te leggen om hem retour te sturen, maar ik krijg nog steeds geen reactie..

De order plaatsen, betalen en ontvangen waren geen probleem. Maar retourneren is dramatisch. Ik heb een maand lang regelmatig gemaild om überhaupt de retour procedure te krijgen. Nu heb ik het 4 weken geleden retour gestuurd met track and trace. Het pakket is allang aangekomen maar opnieuw krijg ik nergens reactie op en heb ik ook mijn geld nog niet retour ontvangen. Ook wordt er opnieuw niet gereageerd op mail of op instagram.
