Naetur Arvostelua 

I ordered a necklace for my sister for Christmas on the 25th of November. Now it's Christmas Day and I still have not received my parcel. Therefore, I cannot gift my sister the necklace for Christmas. Very sad!

The quality of the jewellery is outstanding and each piece is so unique. The pieces feel and look luxurious and are very affordable! The customer service experience is also amazing - they are quick, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend shopping here! My favourite jewellery brand out there (I’m from London and it beats everything here)!

The necklace, earrings, and rings are so cool and perfect for me. They make you look pretty, cool, and elegant😍✨ The gold doesn't fade away and still looks like new, even though I always use it! I have been their customer for more than a year😍🔆 I bought also their Sweater, I love the Sweater so much, and the quality is the best. And For all the price Naetur is also perfect!
What I love about Naetur is also the customer service team, they answer and solve the problem immediately, I have problems with the delivery the last time and they helped me very kindly and quickly.

Heerlijke kleding en prachtige sieraden. Altijd snelle levering en leuk verpakt. Ook erg blij met de snelle reacties op de vragen.

Al vaker een bestelling gedaan bij Naetur en altijd super tevreden! Bestellingen zijn super snel binnen en altijd leuk verpakt. Oorbellen heb ik altijd in met douchen en blijven mooi en ook de ringen die ik heb zijn van goede kwaliteit. Ook de kleding van Naetur vind ik top en draag ik mega vaak!

I placed my order on the 7th of December and received an email right about that my order has been processed. The brand then goes completely ghost. No tracking number nothing! I’ve send multiple emails over the past couple of days and not a single reply. No one I know knows the brand. The only reason I decided to give it a try is because it’s owned by Romee Strijd who seems like an honest person.

Update: I posted a comment under their last Instagram post, basically complaining about my order and no one reply to my emails. I received a DM telling me they’ve upgraded my shipping for free and my order will be sent immediately. I received my package with a free necklace and an apology note. Honestly they made up for it!

Zeer tevreden met mijn blauw joggingpak! Het was snel geleverd en zit echt heerlijk. Kan ‘m iedereen aanraden.

Enorm goede kwaliteit, snelle levering en altijd blij met de producten! Heb er al vaker besteld en elke keer zeer tevreden!!

Met black friday een bestelling van joggingpak & oorbellen gedaan en snel binnen! Kleding is super goede kwaliteit en echt hele fijne stof. Oorbellen heb ik dagelijks in, douche ik mee, en zijn nog even mooi! Heel blij!!!

Broek had productie foutje toen die binnen kwam, dit aangegeven via de mail en een dag later een nieuwe goede broek binnen gekregen! Goede service dus :)

Mijn oorbel was kapot gegaan, ik heb ze een mailtje gestuurd. Ze hebben meteen een nieuw paar opgestuurd! Super fijn, wel jammer dat de retourkosten voor jezelf zijn🙈.

My order was placed on 23rd November and I did not get even a confirmation e-mail about successfully processing everything. I said to myself, okay, BF is starting, I will wait a couple of days - maybe I will get it? Waiting, waiting,... nothing.

I wrote to them on 29th November if they can send me a tracking number of my package (still, I have not received nothing in my inbox) and they answered me pretty quickly, but did not give me an answer to my question.

Yesterday, on the 5th December, after 9 work days I received an email that my order is complete. Are you guys serious? And still no tracking number anywhere in e-mail.

I totally get it that there can be delays around BF, but sorry, we are not in covid times anymore, where there was an extreme increase in e-commerce.

I work in e-commerce as well but I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour from a company that sells B2C. And them stating that there can be delays because of increased demand of orders in EU that DHL needs to process, is total BS - because everything is running smoothly with DHL in a company that I work at.

I really like the quality of the jewelry.
Also the client support team is kind and very obliging.
Once I faced a problem, it got solved very easily.
So far I had good experiences with Naetur :)

I ordered twice from Naetur so far & i absolutely love all my items i’ve purchased. The quality is marvelous and i also love the little packages in which they are delivered, because you can reuse them afterwards, which i often do. It’s so practical and sustainable and for that, two big reasons to order at this Brand. Plus the customer services is one of the best. Reliable and soon to always answer you back in case of a problem, which actually was the case at my latest order. At the end, Naetur handled it amazing and even gave me a shipping refund, which is very thoughtful 👍🏽.

It was the first time I purchased some jewellery from Naetur & I love it! At first I had some troubles receiving my package but after contacting Naetur via Instagram, Boris of the customer service quite immediately called me and apologised for the inconvenience. They made me receive my package the next day and compensated me. Very professional and personal at the same time. Thanks again, Boris! I’m in love with the jewellery I bought.

Naetur has one of the best customer services I have ever experienced. They are super friendly and will explain anything to you with no hesitation! My order was delayed and they refunded me the shipping cost as well as they were super kind to apologize me explain to me how my order was going. Also the products themselves are amazing and great quality! I will definitely order again sometime.

Mooie producten. Één defect product ontvangen, na 2 weken verkleurde de armband. Via Instagram heb ik contact gehad met de klantenservice, zij hebben goed meegedacht over een passende oplossing. Ik ben heel erg tevreden over de service.

Ongeveer drie weken geleden heb ik een ketting besteld. Helaas zat niet de ketting, maar een armband in het pakketje. Inmiddels heb ik al twee e-mails gestuurd, maar ik heb nog geen reactie gekregen. Ik vind dit echt heel jammer, aangezien ik al eerder bij Naetur besteld heb en toen geen problemen heb ondervonden. De klantenservice valt dus echt heel erg tegen.
