The jewelers were very personable and super friendly. We weren't actually planning a purchase, but was presented with something that complemented me very well. I ended up also buying pieces for my husband and son also. It was a great experience and I plan on making many purchases with them in the near future. I care about receiving good service no matter how much I'm spending, it means allot to feel valued and they did an exceptional job doing just that.

My questions were answered. They understood I needed a little extra time and it was given. I paid today for the year amd justvwaiting for policy to be emailed over to put in folder. I like no deductible as we thought about going through USAA but changed our minds. We will be adding another ring soon.
