Myzappify Arvostelua 

I bought this item and used it for nearly 2 weeks and it did not kill one mosquito. I contacted the company and was offered only a 70% refund. After I stated, “ Well if you all wont pay for shipping it back, I guess I have no choice.” but when I notified them that the add stated “ if not satisfied you can get a full refund.” They then stated well you accepted the offer of 70% refund and would not back up the full refund offer. This also took multiple messages before they handled my issue. Worst investment ever! Very unprofessional and a total rip off of a company. Extremely disappointed with this

I received a faulty unit along with three that worked. Customer service is lacking and the company fails to provide an exchange with a new unit that works.

These so called Zappers are a joke! Ordered 3 and they don't work! My bad. I should have done more research because mosquitoes don't respond to UV light or white lights. They respond only to our pheromones! Flies buzz around like crazy in over a month of usage and I just got one zapped last night. Can't open the bottom to clean it out. So I'm out $122 and 3 pieces of junk. Takes forever to charge so useless tool costing me more electricity! Save your hard earned money. Someone else is getting rich off our trust.

This is a POS!! Don’t waste your money! I live in MN the mosquito is our state bird!! They are definitely not attracted to this POS!! Plus I was charged an extra$50 for nothing!!!!

Not able to contact customer service. No confirmation of order before being processed. Added on unauthorized charges, Sent an email requesting cancellation of order and credit card needs to have all charges refunded.

This product is a JOKE!!! DO NOT BUY. And, the company is even worse. NO RESPONSE !!!

Horrible it took a long time to get here. I had such high hopes for Zappify to work. It doesn't work at all!! I immediately tried to get a return started and have not heard from them still. 8/24.

PURCHASED A 4 PACK 45 DAYS AGO AND SHARED WITH FAMILY. THIS ZAPPER ACTUALLY WORKS AND WE HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH ITS ABILITY TO FEND OFF MOSQUITOES, GNATS AND MOTHS. UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF THE UNITS HAS QUIT RECHARGING AND THEY DON'T WARRANTY AFTER 30 DAYS.

If I could give this a negative number I would. Recieved zappify and does not work. I emailed them and no response at all and can not find a phone number for them.

Do not try to purchase from this company. They fraudulently charged my credit card. Like others, I was exploring the options of their product and the site stopped working until I purchased a warranty. Since I did not want to purchase a warranty I got off the website. Next thing I see two charges on my credit card for way more than I thought I would have paid if I had made the purchase. When I called them they wanted to charge me 15% to cancel a purchase I did not make. It was only a few hours since I was on their site, and they would not cancel it or refund my money.

I ordered three mosquito killing units for 67% off (49$) and after check out was charged extra extended warranty, lien service, and shipping and handling, That I did not authorize. The total came to $169.

When I saw that the price was MUCH higher after I entered in address, credit card, etc. there was an undisclosed $35 shipping charge and another $4.99 charge. I began backing out as I would never do business with a company that didn’t disclose total cost. When I got an email a few minutes later about my order I immediately wrote to cancel this order because nowhere on the site was a box to “confirm” the order. They could offer a 50% discount on shipping. I refused saying again to cancel; I do not do business with companies which lack transparency on total cost and have no check off for confirmation. This communication was within minutes of their “accepting” an order that was never confirmed. They claim their system is so automated they could not stop the process. I plan to take action through AMEX as well as any local authority.

If I could give this zero stars I would. False advertising - does not work at all. Instead it was a beacon to alert the mozzies I was around. Unless you want a very expensive nightlight don’t bother.
