I've just installed a wall mural from…

I've just installed a wall mural from mywalls and I'm absolutely delighted with it! The colours are incredibly vivid and really brighten up the room. It was quite easy to put it on the wall as the material feels bit more premium than other supermarket ones. I wasn't scared putting more glue on it etc. No extra taxes at the border. It took just 10 days to arrive, which was bit longer than I expected.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer services ordered and paid for fast delivery 1 week later still no update even though I habe attempted communication via email and insta. Seems lack of communication is apparent after reading the reviews. I will be contacting my bank for a refund

Communication is poor

Communication is poor. A week after despatch was notified I contacted the company for an update. Was told that my goods were stuck in customs, normally apparently I would have to pay to get the parcel released, but as goodwill gesture paid by Mywalls and goods to be released in a few days. I asked for delivery date or tracking details but no response. Goods arrived a week later. Happy with product but would probably use a different supplier in future.

Just received my canvas wall art . Really very happy with it the colours were the same as web site Arrived well packaged. I will be buying some more for other rooms

Service & mural was excellent

Service was excellent. Prior to placing an order I had a question for which I received a phone call and then ordered. The mural is printed to order and I was advised it would take 7 days and it was exactly that. Well packaged and good quality mural. Very happy
