Quality of picture was very poor, certainly not worth the money. The picture was damaged on arrival and after many emails they agreed a full refund.
However, the refund turned up in my PayPal account as pending then after a couple of days it was cancelled with no explanation.
They are not responding to my emails so I’m now stuck with a damaged picture and £80 poorer!

Its been 8 days. Orders are ahown to be delivered in 3-7. Their email in incomplete. Their contact page buffers endlessly. Their phone number is invalid.

Sorry no great experience. Goods still not delivered. Can i have a refund

i ordered a room divider to create a cosy corner in my studio flat, and it’s everything I hoped for. The pattern is so elegant, and it’s surprisingly sturdy yet lightweight. Delivery took about seven working days, but it was worth the wait. It came securely packaged with no damage, which is always a plus. Great product!

poor delivery, the courier has changed the delivery day for the 3rd time, which I do not have yet

Product was as expected and good value - only problem was protracted delay at customs in Poland.

Image was exactly as seen on line. The process for ordering was simple. The quality was excellent. The mural has transformed and elevated my daughter's room

I had a few questions about measurements and weight , the customer service was excellent. I dropped a star because the product colour was more vivid in real life , I thought it would be faded .

Easy to use website and to order. Excellent products at sensible prices. Did have two problems which were problems with processing payment and order confirmation but customer services sorted it out and replied immediately. The other problem was delayed delivery due to the carrier UPS in the UK not MyWalls.
I would recommend this company.

Initial delay and lack of communication was very quickly dealt with and the company was very genuine. It was worth it as my screen is superb and the best price around. Thanks.

Really helpful customer service before buying and very happy with the screen

The room divider is exactly as described and a reasonable price for one with added soundproofing. I wanted one to hide the gas boiler in our spare bedroom/office and it does this perfectly. I would have given 5stars but the promised tracking and notice of despatch never arrived. I had just sent an email after waiting 13 days from ordering when the doorbell rang and it was my order. I would use again but ask that the communication side is improved. Anyway, thank you MyWalls for my divider / screen.

The screen is lovely and the colour, pattern and size were exactly what I wanted. Great product.

The product doesn’t match the description! Our wallpapers are GLOSSY,not matte! However the description on your website says it has matte finish! Not happy,very disappointed! Waste of money!!!
