I LOVE MY WAGGLE. I have a K9 and love know that when I have to step away from my vehicle she is safe. I use My Waggle as a secondary device. My working K9 must be safe at all times. Mt agency does not cover the subscription I do. Its definitely worth it.

Clicked the email link to purchase subscription and apparently it was the wrong one. Cancelled and purchased the correct one. Now after being billed TWICE it says I have no active subscription. Called customer support and of course support is not in the USA and you can barely understand them. Will Never recommend this to ANYONE!

Bought the temp guage and it works as advertised. Gives me peace of mind to know the dog is safe in his environment.

I have 3 Waggle products...the temp gauge, the wired camera and the 4G camera. All three helped me manage my older dog with seizures and now my agility and disc competing dog especially when we are working out of my car. When I have had issues, Waggle has promptly responded and solved the issue quickly.

I have the Waggle Pet Monitor and the New back-up camera.
The back-up camera works great! It has not lost signal during trips. The monitor could be a bit bigger, but it works well.
The Pet Monitor works pretty well. It kept sending me push notifications about high humidity/temperature. I did figure out that it needed to be moved away from the window. That fixed the issue! I will definitely recommend both these products to family and friends.

The idea is great. The tech is absolutely horrible! The RV monitor continuously lost connection. Alerts about it losing connection would come in at all hours of the night. Waking me up. The camera? It barely ever connected when we were out and away from the RV. When it did, the resolution was terrible and it was jumpy in response to moving it to pan around the RV. All in all, the $50 I paid to have the horrible 4G connection for BOTH devices was a waste of money. Before you try to say that maybe I was in a bad cell service area, or that my RV walls are too thick, all of our phones were absolutely perfect. The campground we stayed at was less than a quarter mile away from a cell tower. My kids watches have a 4G cell connection and they were perfect throughout the week. Inside AND outside the RV. I have Starlink in my RV. If those devices were capable of a WiFi connection, maybe then they would have had a chance. I do not recommend this product if your concern is the safety of your pets while you are away from your RV.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a cellular network camera system. I bought the pet monitor in the RV 4G mini. The pet monitor worked, but there is a huge lag in the time that you read the temperature and the time it comes into the app. The camera would not work at all so I contacted customer service and they told me they had to reconfigure the network and it would take 24 to 48 hours. Two days later, they called and said that it was ready to go, so I tried it and did what they told me to do to reset it and then it would not work.. then they said I’d pick the wrong bundle to pay for and I had to cancel that bundle and buy this other one with the RV 4G mini, which was twice as expensive by the way. So I paid $160 for the camera and the pet monitor and then $190 for the service and then I had to cancel $190 service to go pay $398 for the service. So I decided to bite the bullet and go ahead and do that and when I did, it would not let me proceed with the transaction. Force call a customer service and they told me that the website was having problems and that would be fixed between 24 and 48 hours. There’s no way I’m dealing with this any longer so it’s going back in the box and getting shipped back today. I needed this system for our RV as we were planning on a camping trip within a few days, but of course it didn’t work so I would’ve bought something else in the beginning if I had known this was gonna be such a nightmare.

Be truthful in ther advertising they advertising 199 a yr then charge for each item no where in there advertising dose it say for each item it over priced I would not refer any one to this company and it dosent work the way it advertising

The Waggle monitor is absolutely a lifesaver. Reliable monitor that tracks temperature in your car, minivan or RV. It gives tremendous peace of mind. Easy to set up and install. And customer service is first rate.

The pet monitor is a great product. The app is easy to use. The people are great to work with and if you have an issue they help you fix it. Thank You Waggle and customer support.

I needed something to monitor my RV in the hot Florida sun during summertime while my senior dog was inside.
After asking for feedback on numerous social media sites, this one seem to be the one highly recommended.
Easy to set up, I get notices on my phone, as a battery backup in case of power outage, and highly affordable.

I know some people have not given this company a good rating, but this has not been my experience. In fact, we would not be without it. We've been staying in our camper, in Florida, for 6 years. While its been a ton of fun, we wouldn't be so happy without our Waggle. Charlie, our beloved Cavaton, is kept safe with our Waggle, and when we go out, we have much more fun because of the peace of mind Waggle gives us. The other day, our Waggle earned every penny we've ever spent on it. It saved Charlie's life. The power in our camper went out. We were at the beach on a 95 degree day.

We got the warning notice, rushed home. It was 100 degrees in the camper. Charlie was panting horribly.

We got the AC back on, and he was saved.

Please trust me when I tell you this product, and their outstanding customer service, is worth the little bit we spend each year for the service.

For a few years now while camping in our rv and checking on our toy poodle has been a nightmare. I ran across waggle & was nervous about purchasing and getting good usage but I did. And it’s the best purchase we’ve ever made. And while we’re not camping we us it in our office. So happy with our waggle! While we was at the beach or out eating we open the waggle app and we see our little doggy. As we spoke to him it was so cute how he came up to the camera. My little grandson loved it! I highly recommend the waggle camera. We had no issues at all no matter where we was. We was always able to check in on our dog. Means so much to us. Thanks Waggle!

I have used Waggle for the past few years, all over the country, as a frequent RV traveler. We travel with two or three dogs and it has provided a peace of mind when we leave them for short periods of time. When not traveling we leave it running in the house too. Great product will continue to use as our primary alert monitor.

I loved the hat comfort and looks i only would wear it while golfing because it was a masters limited edition one and the other day i was adjusting the size and the buckle just fell of the hat

When we started full time RV living, I was always so anxious about the pets when we would be away from the RV, even for a short amount of time. I started doing some research and found Waggle. Waggle has given me peace of mind. I can check the temperature at any time, and can receive an alert if the temperature goes over a certain degree that I have preset. I never have to worry about outages, as Waggle works through cellular connections.

Customer support is non existent. Our camera has been or for 5 days. They don't return phone calls, they dont' return e-mail, their online Scooby AI is totally worthless. They claim 24x7 support but try calling off hours and the message clearly states they are NOT 24x7. I'm still waiting for someone to fix our camera or give us a refund. No responding is unacceptable.

Shortly after leaving this review customer service did reach out to me and helped me resolve my issue with the camera. I'm still not happy with level of service or being ignored but they did finally make it right and I appreciate that.

Things have been better and so far working as expected.

I am so disappointed. I have had nothing but excuses the last 5 days, trying to get support. My monitor stopped working last November, but my motorhome had been in storage until last Thursday, so I didn't realise it. After innumerable calls, chats and emails over the last 5 days, I have yet to speak to a live person. I have done everything they advise on their website, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times on my phone to no avail. Reset the monitor many times and even saved their number to my contacts so I wouldn't accidentally miss their call. (I had already done that and have not missed a single call. (unlike what they claim). We are on vacation in our motorhome, and I cringe at having to leave my dogs unprotected. I can't understand why they make excuses rather than utilise that time and those resources to solve my problem, rather than avoiding it. My warranty expires next month, and I have a feeling I won't hear from them before it does.

UPDATE: 7/16/26 - Scott Hunt with Waggle contacted me at 10am this morning and walked me thru a firmware update. He said it could take up to 3hrs to connect, he would be watching it, and would call me back at that time. It did not connect and he actually called back at 12:15 stating they would replace my monitor and extend my subscription for 5 months. I appreciate his support and getting resolution for my issue. I'm hopeful Waggle has recognized their customer service issues, and are taking steps to correct it. Thank you to Scott Hunt for addressing and resolving my issues.

UPDATED Review: Although the automatic 2 year renewal for $299 initially was processed for a deleted app as having not been cancelled before the deadline, Waggle did respond swiftly to my review and helpfully sorted out the problem. Much appreciated!
