Mohammed Massom was a good communicator and was very helpful. Solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service he provided. I had an issue with one of my travelers name being displayed in my travel portal incorrectly and he was able to confirm the correct name and send me confirmation very quickly.

Quick Service Response - United Flight - Massom
Representative Mohammad Massom, did an outstanding job correcting and servicing my account when I had to make a change to my flight. I was initially told it may take 24-48 hours to make the change, but he was able to do it in minutes. Thank you, Mohammad!

This company is not good
This company is not good. They are misleading and deceptive, and how they discuss the reservation and any possible refund, even if you buy their special refund insurance. Perhaps they do not intend to be scamming, but they do and you can lose significant amount of money if you have to cancel, they will not back you or pay you for legitimate reasons.
1/4/25 UPDATE: December 15 the company told me they will pay me back all of my money. Refund it to me! I told them “thank you“. They said it will take days but longer with the holidays. I will keep you posted. So far no Reimbursement. I will let you know if and when it arrives.

They are scammers, he made me send him a picture of my daughter’s passport pretending to be Expedia to fix her last name on the ticket. They are a fraud. Please beware. They are liars and thieves.
They called me numerous time so that I don’t reach out personally. They even made an email pretending to be Expedia! Scammmm please stay away from these awful people !

They charge me 3 time for their…
They charge me 3 time for their services and I requested them to stop dealing with my reservation. After checking in and ready to board I lost my flights because someone with my reservation information enter the airline website and cancel the reservation. We lost the flights and had to buy new tickets and non refundable.

Adi in Customer Service was outstanding!! I was having to change my husband's return flight from Europe because he'd had a medical emergency and was in the hospital.
