The BEST Experience with Frontier Damage Control
ISHA was the representative that worked with me. She was absolutely fantastic and her communication and understanding of the situation. She was able to resolve the solution quickly and even though there were no more flights coming out, she was able to get us on a flight the next morning, which is going to be productive for all schedules within the travel itinerary!

change date of birth flight ticket
The date of birth on the flight was incorrect for both passengers. We didn't do this ourselves, so I called this number hoping it would be resolved quickly. I spent an hour on the phone; the woman I was calling was unclear, and I had trouble understanding what she needed. After an hour of calling, they finally got through, and I was told I had to pay USD 300. I didn't agree to this and ended up paying USD 150. I went ahead with it anyway, since I'd already been on the phone for an hour. Then, they asked me to transfer money via a vague email—stupid, but I did it. They did eventually change the date of birth, but I think we were overcharged. On top of that, I was hit with a USD 60 phone bill. And now I'm still being harassed with emails.

This Scam company hacked into American Airlines
I got an email from American Airlines with my middle name including the prefix 24 hours before check. I called the number on the email and got these guys?! I didn't realize it was NOT American Airlines. I thought his name was Myfirstime or tripsatime... Anyway- They told me I had made an error but they could fix it but I would have to pay the difference.. of 300 per ticket.. I called American Airlines number through their website and said yes this is a scam,,,

I called what i thought was air canada
I called what i thought was air canada, probably clicked the first "sponsored" link and was directed to these polite indian people who helped me book a flight with a puppy to the next province over. Been years since flying so what do i know. Flight locked in, had to pay an extra 144$ to mytripstime for their service. I get a call 2 days later from an air canada rep saying he just spoke to someone claiming to be me trying to add details of the animal i intended to bring. He was suspicious and called the number attached the booking - me.
I Found out I had to wait another week before the puppy was old enough to fly. Got refunded for my flight right away, called mytripstime and was actually able to get the 144$ back surprisingly.
Totally a scam, feeding off peoples impatience and improper search methods to find their legitmate air travel companies. Hijacking the first pick ads that look like the legitmate sites. If im ever speaking to another indian person on the phone ill always assume its a scam now.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! they took me for $400 and told me that I would receive a full refund on 2 flight tickets that cost $1,400. I spoke with Mohamad Mussam who fooled me with his customer service that "seemed" to be great! Also, I dont know how they are doing it but i got the phone number off of Delta.com! We will be turning them in to the Federal Trade Commission. I called Delta and my flights did get canceled, however there were no intentions of getting refunded, only a credit. I was lied to all day yesterday. I began to get suspicious the more we spoke, but it was too late by then. So sad there are people out there like these people. I wouldn't even have cared to pay a fee if they'd done what they told me they were doing. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! I'm not one to write a bad review, but hopefully this will keep the next victim from being taking advantage of!

Amazing Help from Agent and Supervisor
Today a couple of hours before I arrive to the airport, my flight with JetBlue 1009 was canceled. I called the airline for explanation to book as that was one of the options that I had, to my surprise I was able to rebook a flight only if I pay an extra fee as it was now a high priority flight. As a mothers of two traveling with a budget with a teenager and an eight-year-old this was very frustrating especially because my teenager has a special health condition. I didn't have the money to pay the 137 fee to rebook a new flight and after an hour and nine minutes agent INDER and Supervisor VIVECK were able to assist me rebooking the flight at no extra charge. They were very helpful understanding and human. I truly appreciate their help and the fact that they were empathetic enough to help me and my family. The supervisor even used his own credit to cover the extra charges. Than you both so much. You guys are a great asset to Jetblue.

If I could give no stars, I would. This is a TOTAL SCAM and stay away from dealing with them. They are savvy and will pose as other airlines. I found their number on what was supposed to be my airline's website. Stay away from them! I don't know how they sleep at night, but obviously, these are people without morals or values. Pay attention to all the poor reviews on here cause they are real and 100 percent accurate. I'm so sorry to hear about all those other people who they've screwed over.

Scam. Be careful with these people they pretended to be AMERICAN AIRLINES and they charged me 149 dollars to change a mistake in my name. in American Airlines this is free, for some reason I google a phone and their phone pops up. Pay attention to those 5 stars reviews and ask yourself the following questions:
(1) Assuming you book a ticket or a hotel on one day, will you immediately rank the travel agent 5 stars on the very same day? Or you will do it after your trip?
(2) When you work with a travel agent, will you learn his FULL NAME like "Mohammad Massom", or usually only his first name?
(3) If you see many 5 stars reviews, keep mentioning the full name of a person -- do you believe those reviews are legit? or they were written by that person, in a similar format
(4) The last question: will you do business with a company which hires people to leave fake 5 stars reviews?
I was a victim and I was overcharged by $1952.58 on November 5th. They told me it was tax but in fact it was the commission, and my credit card immediately had 3 false transactions from random India companies.
Avoid them at all cost.

Total scam.
This is not a real company but an out and out scam. They were recently covered by the scam baiting youtuber Revolts. The address they give is an empty rental property. They do not and cannot book your tickets because they are not a real travel company. The 5 star reviews here are obvious fakes.
