Hi Angela,
I am very sorry to hear about your experience. This is not typical of us and I can assure you will not happen again.
It is our number one priority to make sure we frequently communicate verbally with our customers but we understand that this has not been achieved on this occasion and your feedback has been used in our customer satisfaction process to be sure this does not happen again.
If there is anything we can to earn your business back in the future, please let me know.
Kind regards

Very professional
Very professional, helpful, understanding and a great team. They were very patient with me as I’m not good with numbers at all. However, the team sat me down and explained everything in a way which made me understand. I couldn’t be more happier, financially! And helping me to learn along the way. 100% recommended. Thank you very much team!
