Hi Daniel,
I am very sad to hear you had a bad experiance with us.
We do always agree the fees before sending any bills, provide generous payment terms and also offer payment plans when required.
I regret that this could have been brought to us to remidy the issue first but I hope you will concider this infomation for any future self-assessments you require.
Best,
Saberus
First years service.
I have not used an accountant for a few years so I am not fully sure if things are still the same. I am not sure if the prices are competitive, you opened a business close to where I live so I thought I would give it a try. I have no complaints about my first dealing with your service l hope that is how it remains. Look forward to doing business with you next year..
