After receiving a faulty charger, I contacted the customer service chat. It has been more than three hours and I'm still in chat waiting for someone to answer. What a waste of money and time. This customer service is a joke.

Will take a little bit of time to master, with all of the vibration setting and sequences. Thats the fun part.

Their 48-hr shipping, isn't 48-hr shipping, and when I tried to subsequently cancel the order, they replied that the order had been shipped out. They never addressed the cancelation email. Skip these guys.

People need to think about the fact that there are no negative reviews here. That was my first mistake, trusting these reviews.

My second mistake was trying over and over and over again to make this thing work. Thinking it was my body's fault.

Here are the issues:

1) They say this is for all body types, but that's just not so. Unless your clitoris is closer to your belly button than to your vagina, this won't work for you. The last bend/pivot point is an inch and a half away from where the clit is. The vibrations hit on the mons, rather than the clit.

2) The bends on the device won't stay vent. So, while you think it's a great idea to bend a piece to hit your gspot, and then bend it again to hit your clit, the inside piece is straight again before it gets inside, and you have to keep your hand on the rest of the device the entire time just to keep it bent to have contact with your clit.

3) the tenuto physically hurts the balls of anyone using it. It also has the vibrations at a ridiculous height, still not giving vibrations to the clit.

This company makes it impossible to contact them, give feedback, and make returns. This was such an extraordinary waste of money.

Six “6” motors that can be programmed to your liking, what else can I say besides just Awesome

My female partner said it doesn't feel natural. She has said that about virtually all toys that have been introduced over the years. "NATURAL IS BEST".
As the male participant portion, I am rather excited to utilize the Crescendo to enhance our love making/foreplay.
I will say it is by far a superior vibrator to others I have seen with all the variable settings and flexibility/bendableness. At this point of time I am at an impasse in my relationship with continued use.

MOST IMPORTANT !!! the shape of the vibrator is flat so it CANNOT stimulate your clit, it just won't fit. the shape just don't make sense. It has a reason that there are no other vibrator is flat....

I purchased the crescendo and although I wanted to love, it’s not for me. Not powerful enough, the several different motors are too small and the different settings are not great. It’s loud, the buttons are not in an easy to use spot, Bluetooth to the app does not work. The flaps on the end are uncomfortable on my skin and I’ve had a better time with a much cheaper vibe...if you knOw what I mean. The list of negatives goes on. Wish I could return but oh well.

Lily did a great job letting me know when the product would ship. In addition, she was quite patient in providing all sorts of information on product use. Customer service is a priority for this company!

Kudos to the company for developing a product that can be used solo, male/female, and male/male couples. My first experience was solo. Getting the Tenuto on does take some getting used to, but I quickly learned the best way. I used the phone app and I was amazed at the stimulation in so many different areas. I let the app cycle through the different patterns and used different intensities to get an idea of what was possible. My body responded as one might expect and time to climax was much sooner than I expected. Another indication of a great product. Looking forward to trying this with my partners.

I purchased the Poco for my wife because many vibes are just to powerful and the Poco was advertised as less aggressive on the low settings. Even at the low settings it was just over stimulating. Overall the product is very high quality and I would recommend it. I’m sorry things just didn’t work out for my wife.

I would not recommend this product if you are average length or shorter(be honest with yourself). I also could not get my testicles through without a bit of discomfort. I'm sure it works great if you're lucky enough to be 6 inches plus though.

I found Tenudo simply does not work. 1.) There is no way I can get my balls through the bottom hole. 2.) The opening for the penis keep sliding forward due to the recommended lube. 3.) Bluetooth connection (reason for purchase), frustrating slow. 4.) On/Off switch very small and impossible to operate. And I do not need 12 speeds or various vibrations. This tool should really be much more easily operable.

I bought a MysteryVibe Crescendo this last Christmas as a gift to myself, and boy do I regret it. The toy does nothing for me. It's hard to feel anything from it, even on the highest setting due to the strange design. Also it's bendable design doesn't really work. It just unbends while you're using it, moving it out of the spots you want it. And on top of all that, the app doesn't seem to work on Android devices.

So, upon finding the app doesn't work with my phone, I requested a return for my, at the time, unopened product. The only way to contact the company is through their website interface. Their email isn't listed (or wasn't at the time I was trying to contact them), they have no phone number to call, and nowhere to write. I tried on no less than 3 occasions to contact them through their website to request a return and a refund.

The emails apparently never went through.

So I went to my bank to request a refund from them. At this point I decided I was never going to actually return this product and opened it to try it out using the controls on the device. It was AWFUL. All I ended up feeling was frustrated, both sexually and mentally. I gave it another chance a different day and it fared no better.

I just got a message from my bank that MysteryVibe has denied my request for a refund because they say I only contacted them once. Their website didn't work, keeping me from returning my unopened product.

Do not buy from MysteryVibe. Not only is the Crescendo a bad product, but their customer service is TERRIBLE.

I want to ask Ed a question about his 7/29 review. I also just received my Tenuto and have yet to get it on securely. What else have you learned since writing your review?

I purchased the Tenuto to help with a loss of sensation issue that is related to aging and being circumcised (delayed ejaculation). My urologist advised me to get a vibrator for the perineum to enhance sensation. The Tenuto has successfully enabled me to consistently climax once again. The opening provided for the penis and scrotum is very small and since the device is very stiff, it was initially very frustrating, painful and difficult for me to get the Tenuto seated and positioned properly. However I found by initially placing a very flexible silicone penis ring around both penis and scrotum before putting on the Tenuto, it was much easier and painless to get the Tenuto on and have it stay on without dislodging and falling off. There is definitely a learning curve, but with patience and practice it is all good now. The vibrations are variable since they can be adjusted for different modes and strengths. I am very pleased with the strength of the vibrations compared to other male vibrators on the market. The battery charge lasts a very long time and the device charges rapidly. I would prefer a remote option vs app. My understanding is the company is working on a remote for Tenuto. I have found that this company seems to carefully listen to their customers and thoughtfully responds to their emails. My company contact Soum has been wonderful.

Do not purchase the MysteryVibe Tenuto product if you expect $ 150.00 dollars worth of quality. The engineering on the on/off switch is clearly defective and almost impossible to find it under the rubber covering. The device is bulky, inflexible, and trying to open it up enough to put your testicles in it is impossible. Not sure who they made this thing for but it's clearly not worth the money.

I received my crescendo, set it up to charge, paired it to my app, downloaded the update, never connected properly in the 5 minutes that it actually worked before it turned itself off and now refuses to charge/turn on. Charger works fine, flashing green light but no pulse light coming from the vibe. Very disappointed, sent email with no response as yet. So I have in my possession the most expensive vibrator and also the shortest lifespan all in one unit. *insert sad face*
