I ordered in May. It is now September. After weeks of not responding to my requests, seller finally cited "lockdowns in China" as the cause of the delay. Yet, their website says the same item I ordered "will dispatch in 1 week." Perhaps its time to contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection, part of the Federal Trade Commission.

I love my new Tenuto, couldn't decide between this and something bigger, but all doubt was gone after after it arrived. Quality is superb, power, superb and love the way it bends to hit the right spots. The App is a dream to use too.

It’s been over two months since I placed my order and to date have not received anything! I wrote to them about a month ago and was told it would be sent in a week. That came and went three weeks ago and still nothing Not even the courtesy to drop a email to let you know what is going on! Over 200 bucks spent and they can’t even send a freaking e-mail to keep you updated! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Save your money time and frustration and go someplace else!

I ordered the Tenuto 2 from this company 2 months ago. When the product finally arrived. The blietooth function was broken. I tried to connect it to 3 different phones. Nothing. Over 200 dollars and 2 months for the product to arrive broken.

My PT recommended Crescendo and it’s a heaven-sent for me!

Incredible toy (crescendo), blows my old ones out of the water. Was a little reluctant and first due to the hype around 6 motors and being able to control individually, but once you get the hang of it, nothing else can touch it. I was so pleased I ordered a Tenuto too, will review that shortly. Customer service excellent too, respond to queries quickly and efficiently.

I’ve been in touch to understand the science behind mystery vibe’s product design. The founder sent across a few studies that the scientific community did, without the company paying for these studies. I was happy to see that the product was indeed designed to support people with different needs when it comes to their bodies and specific situation. This convinced me to add the company to my go-to list for sex health tech products.

Simply amazing, I was given this gadget as a gift and I can honestly say it’s made a massive difference to my life and partners. We had a terrible sex life and this has simply turned it around, I’m easily aroused by her and no need to take any ED pills.

Bought a crechendo, but had some problem to connect it to the app on my phone. I sent them a message and got an explanation the next day.

Waited for two months to receive my Tenuto due to issues overseas (not the companies fault, but frustrating nonetheless). I finally received it and charged it only to find the Tenuto vibrated for two minutes and then turned off. It would not respond to any inputs on the device or through the remote control I bought to go with it. I wrote customer service a week ago asking for help and have not received any response. They have my money and I have a product that didn’t even work once, so apparently I am screwed, protect yourself and do not buy.

It's very cool and the app makes it smooth for my partner to use it on me whenever wherever he want.

Product broke almost immediately. Would not turn on our hold a charge. Then would turn on suddenly for no reason and would but be able to turn it off. I think I wrote 3-4 emails to customer service and they never responded once. Terrible service

Do NOT buy anything from this company. Terrible (actually nonexistent) service. I’m not anticipating a refund for the crescendo I ordered. Doesn’t turn off! Charger kept blinking red and it was HOT! It won’t pair with an iPhone and the app is confusing. As for the vibration. Might work if you’re super sensitive. There’s no phone number to call. Emails just get the standard msg to “call” during office hours. What a ridiculous contraption.

My product has a faulty charger. I have sent two emails to customer service in the past four days with no response. I’m sure it’s a great product but I have no way of knowing until it can be charged/user.

Update 1/10; received messages and amazing help from MysteryVibe following my post. Received my new replacement charger yesterday and a label to send the old one back. They sure righted this wrong experience quickly!

They sent me the wrong product so I contacted customer care and they requested I send it back, and they will ship me the right product. I sent back the item the same day with UPS.
I have contacted customer care multiple times and no one has responded back to let me know when the new item will be shipped. I would not recommend!!!!!!!
