Mystery Football Weekend Arvostelua 

I would throughly recommend Mystery Football Weekend. This was bought as present and I was able to add my Dad in. We were open to our destination and were really pleased to find out we were off to Copenhagen. A bit different we agreed. Flew out the Friday early morning, used the Metro to get to our hotel which was excellent, modern, clean and very comfortable and accommodating. FC Copenhagen v Vejle was our match that Friday evening and soon enough after a short taxi ride we found ourselves at Parken. A walk round the ground and then to our seats - great view behind the goal. 3-1 to Copenhagen and Sektion12 was happy. Well so were we a good match, friendly locals and there was free pint after the match supplied by “Probably the best lager in the world” - it was free after all. Time enough on Saturday and most of Sunday to take in Tivoli and The Little Mermaid amongst others before the late flight home. I’ll be booking again.

I received an email 12 days before a trip to Prague, to watch Sparta on Friday night, then Zizkov on Saturday morning (I'd highly recommend both if Prague is your destination!) No transfers though. £50 in a taxi to the botel (it's about 6 miles) or £1.33p on the bus & metro! Accommodation was good. It was in a botel (a boat, on the Vltava river) Everything went smoothly, thanks guys. Will book again.

Booked with company after a recommendation from a friend. Could not believe how good it was. We got a trip to Milan and tickets for AC Milan v Udinese. Seats were fantastic and the view was excellent. Traveling from Scotland I was initially worried about flights when we got Milan but Mystery Football Weekend took care of everything and flight times were ideal. In addition the hotel was perfect for the trip with it being right in the heart of the city.

Thanks to the team at Mystery Football Weekend and I will be in touch next year for another trip.

Everything from getting to know where we were going about 10 days before, the Flights, the Hotel ( Not brilliant but adequate) and the Match itself was spot on. Even the Weather was great. We all had a brilliant time and will definitely be booking another one later this year, so many thanks MFW⚽️☀️👍

Turin was a stunning city. Torino v AC Milan delivered despite it being an end of the season game. Atmosphere was very good and would 100% go back to Turin. Package well organised and have zero complaints whatsoever. Can't wait to book my next trip.

The trip was excellent. We got tickets to AC Milan so everyone was delighted to be at the San Siro. The hotel location was easy to travel to on tram and metro and then get to the stadium, the hotel itself was clean and the staff were helpful.

Just came back from a fantastic trip , 12 of us on a stag do , the MFW team were super accommodating with a couple of late minute changes we had to make , hotel was great and the match was also really good , can’t thank the guys enough HH☘️

The match was moved for TV, which we understand is out with your control and we accept that.
We requested a city centre hotel and we found out from a taxi driver that we were not even in Barcelona. Our taxi to the city centre was around €31 each way.
Our hotels restaurant closed early at the weekend and had no bar.

Due to go on 10th may not heard anything and cannot contact anyone? Anyone else had this. Getting concerned now!

What a brilliant weekend. Genoa is a lovely city to walk around and see some amazing architecture & buildings and more importantly a top notch craft beer bar. We stayed in a very nice hotel close to the city centre. The atmosphere was electric at the Genoa v Lazio game which offered plenty of entertainment. The ground itself really is a disgrace, the 7th tier Isthmian league side I support has more bars, food & stewards. This actually added to the enjoyment!

Booked a mystery weekend recently and are going to Naples this weekend to watch Salernitana v Fiorentina. Everything has gone very smoothly so far.
Gets a bit nervy finding out the destination around 10-12 days before departure but then that is also part of the fun!! Price includes 2-nights Hotel Stay, flights and match tickets you just have to sort out your transfers, parking etc
We’re hoping to fit in a visit to Pompei, which is on route between Naples and the match in Salerno along with a Naples Bay boat trip that will visit the Isle of Capri.

We had booked a mystery footballing weekend for my husbands birthday. As stated in the FAQ’s, sure enough we were given our location 2 weeks beforehand.
We were given Borussia Monchengladbach versus Freiburg so it was off to Cologne.
The flights were with Ryan Air and the hotel was a Mercure Hotel. The flight was a mid afternoon outbound.
Once landing at Köln Airport, it was simple to get a train into the city.
The ground was 2 hours away on the Saturday so you have to navigate yourself to the ground and back.
The flight back wasn’t until 2045 hrs so you have all day from check out to do what you want.
It has been a lovely weekend but if you want relaxed, this isn’t the weekend for you. Also, if flying with Ryan Air you only get a back pack sized luggage included with the fare so if you want to take going out clothes or larger toiletries then you will have to pay extra for hold luggage.
All in all a nice weekend, but tiring

A location we would never have booked otherwise and it was superb. Sadly the game was 0-0, typical, but the seats were on the halfway line and the local Ultras kept us amused, with a great atmosphere. The hotel was excellent, with a central location. The Mystery team were also very responsive when required.

It was a fun weekend on the whole.
It is clear however how Mystery Football Weekends generate their profit, from unnecessarily early outbound flight, and hotel, which was very budget, and quite a distance from the city centre.

I’ve had the same email sent to me 3 times so far asking for the same personal information I’ve already submitted several times.

Not very well organised at keeping in touch with the paying customer.

Cheap budget flights, no seats, no baggage
No transfers included to hotel over 50miles away from airport,
the match was in different city again?? from the hotel so additional cost and travel to that city another 30miles away from hotel, we got given a night game no so public transport was available to go back to the city our hotel was in at that time of night so it cost us an Uber taxi at £100, also no breakfast at hotel, city tax was also not paid so we had to pay that as well,

Total cost for party of 2 was £680 (as we flew from Scotland, priced the exact same trip and it came in at £240 for the total cost of our party of 2 for the exact same trip on the exact same flight, to the exact same hotel and the exact same match, whats the point in paying the middle man?
great gimmick and idea, extremely poor organisation and mark up on cost for what you actually get so 1 star is pretty accurate

Wow, an absolute brilliant experience watching AC Milan at San Siro in Italy. The Stadium is amazing and easy to get to using the Metro.
All tickets and details provided prior to trip with just transfer, local transport and beer/food to buy (mainly beer!). We were placed in Ramada hotel which was very comfortable.
Wasn't to sure what to expect but we were very pleased with the whole weekend and enjoyed every minute. We hope to book another trip in the near future.
Highly recommended.

Superb weekend from start to finish! I was part of a stag doo that traveled to Brussels for the Anderlecht vs Leuven game. Over 20 of us traveling from Manchester and it was honestly one of the best weekends Iv had. The guys at Mystery Football Weekend organised it all for us. Flights were spot on and the hotel was so much better than expected. The game itself was fantastic, a 6 goal thriller with Anderlecht scoring 5 of them!
Can’t recommend this enough for a weekend away. Will 100% be booking up again. Thanks again guys

First time being part of a Mystery Football Weekend and I cannot recommend enough. I was part of a large stag do (over 20 of us) and the level of organisation for so many was superb. We flew on a direct flight from Manchester to Brussels and the flight times allowed us plenty of time to enjoy the city. Although I have been to Brussels before I was pleasantly surprised to be flying there again given the type of trip and the numbers in attendance. There was plenty of options for the mixed group throughout. The hotel was in a great location and of a really good standard. The staff were very pleasant and offered good advice about the city.

The game we were given tickets for was Anderlecht vs Leuven. Lotto Park was only a couple of miles outside the city centre and easy to get to. Despite not knowing much about Belgian football getting to see one of the better known teams was enjoyable. Our group were allocated seats together and the view was really good. The only other Belgian stadium I have been to was The King Baudouin Stadium which is much bigger but seating is far from the pitch. Anderlecht won the match fairly comfortably and had quite a few recognisable names in their lineup. Their fifth goal in particular was a great goal. The atmosphere throughout was really good with the main noise being generated behind both sets of goals.

Overall a superb weekend and i suspect it wont be long before we use Mystery Football Weekend again.

What a trip!!! Had no idea where we were going but only added to the weekend. Ended up in Brussels and it was one of the best stags iv been on yet. Hotel was perfect and a game of football with 6 goals in it is just what ye need when theres 20 guys lookin for a good time!!! Would recommend, will be back!
