Pillow don’t match what’s advertised
Hello,
I rewatched your Instagram advertisement and would like to point out that the pillow did not arrive in the packaging shown in the ad. Instead, it was packaged in a plastic bag and placed inside a plain cardboard box.
Upon inspecting the pillow again and comparing it with the product shown in your advertisement, it is clear that the pillow does not match the description or appearance advertised. It is not cloud-soft, it is not as flexible as demonstrated in the advertisement, it is significantly lower in height than an average pillow, and it is not plush as represented.
As the product does not meet the expectations created by your advertising, and as I have not used the pillow, I would like to return it and receive a full refund.
Please provide details of where the pillow should be returned and confirm the process for obtaining a full refund. I am extremely disappointed that the product I received does not reflect what was advertised, and I am equally disappointed that my previous emails have gone unanswered.
