Revised review

Below is my first review of a recent order. After about a week the 'next day' delivery arrived. However, to be fair about this, My Smart Home customer service were understanding and on my side; Evri's failure should not reflect on them. MSH followed up shortly after delivery to make sure everything was ok with the product, which it was, and confirmed any future orders of mine would not be through Evri. For these reasons I am changing my rating to 5 stars.

''Unfortunately you used Evri for delivery. Still awaiting parcel and information from them.''

Order not delivered or picked up by Evri - so much for next day delivery even allowing for Xmas

Echo show 8 3rd Gen

Was a little skeptical at first to order but I decided to order anyway as the echo show 8 3rd Gen was the cheapest I found it for....brilliant service....kept me updated with my order and it came within days... would highly recommend my smart home shop and I will be ordering again.....thank you

Really fantastic customer service

Really fantastic customer service - I had a plumber coming over the next morning and they made it so straight forward to upgrade my delivery to before 9am. Everything arrived on time ready for the plumber to install. Very happy, not to mention it was the only place I could find a white nest thermometer that would arrive on time! Thanks very much for help :)

Very helpful

Something went squewiff with set up, they immediately got back to me, set up a WhatsApp so they could help me sort it out. They helped me get a bit more tech savy! All good!! Thanks again for your patience. Much appreciated 🩶
