I gave 5 stars as it’s an excellent service ..and the goods I was looking for very easy to access on the website as well..the only minus points were:

1. It was quite difficult to actually pay on their website..took about 4 attempts on the payment page before it was finally processed..

2. Subsequently..after actually paying for the order I then received 3-4 emails offering me a £10 discount as my order was still supposedly left in the cart, which was actually incorrect, as I had already just paid for the goods

3. I then emailed the company to ask for the £10 discount to be taken into consideration but my request was declined as my purchase had already been processed..and they were unwilling to give me a £10 refund..

Despite the hassle over non existent discounts and actually paying for my order I still gave the company 5 stars for the quick service ..my request for the discount was a bit cheeky really but even so..it seemed a bit unfair that I had paid £10 more than they were willing to charge me for the same goods I had paid for already.

Quick delivery with no delivery charges. I was kept in touch with the despatch progress. Product cheaper than elsewhere.

Bought an Amazon Fire HD 10 for £50 less than elsewhere. Not the colour I was after but hey ho! Ordered on a Sunday. Delivered within 48 hrs via Royal Mail.. Well packaged but I would recommend they used more packing paper as product box inside the postal packaging box was sliding around. Opened the Fire, all security seals in place. Product software from Jan 2025 so everything as advertised and the product is working well. Really happy with my purchase and service provided by My Smart Home Shop. Will definately look to use them again in the future.

Fast efficient deliver

I ordered this a week ago and I have still not received my order - I was sent a tracking number 2 days ago but this don’t exist so may have to get a refund and order from someone else - so far I’ve had bad customer service

The Amazon Echo I bought is a very nice piece of kit - it looks smart, sounds good, and is proving to be really useful.
We have had an Alexa device in the past, but it was a cheaper bit of kit, and barely got used - probably the biggest difference with the Echo is the sound quality, coupled with the fact that nowadays I listen to my music via a very accessible Spotify membership, whereas I would've been listening via iPods in the past.
So, for anyone else with an accessible digital music account, these Amazon devices serve a much greater purpose.

Good product, good price, delivery excellent

REVISED REVIEW. Further to my previous review, MSH went out of their way to assist in terms of customer care and follow up. Promised not to use EVRI again in my orders and credited me with £5 future discount and refunded me for the goods lost. They did all they could in light of poor performance by 3rd party - so a positive shout out.

First class company easy to order delivered literally next day. Used this company before and will again.
