This is a free service we offer to all of our international customers, which we are proud to have this service of zero cost as understand that international shipping can be so expensive. We do recommend however that if you are needing your package by a certain time frame to go with are expedited 'Express' service.

Outstanding Customer Service!
I ordered my first Myra suit and unfortunately it did arrive damaged — as someone who works in retail I understand things like this happen. What I was blown away by was the customer service I received by Liv Jones. I was worried at first considering their website states sale items are final sale, but Liv got my information and quickly reviewed things with her team and easily came to a resolution. I have a brand new swim suit coming expressed shipped so I can enjoy my summer by the water. Liv was professional, warm and incredibly helpful which was a really refreshing experience. I can’t wait for my new suit to come in and I will definitely be purchasing more Myra suits in the future!

I wanted to update my last review which I admit I wrote in the heat of moment. This time, I took my time, thought about it and I still give them 1 star. If I could give a zero I would.
It was explained to me in the exchange of emails (when I was desperately trying to get a hold of someone within the allocated time frame to return the $700 worth of merchandise) that their biggest market is the United States. So any Americans out there that are considering buying -DONT!
Please read my other review on how long it took to get a hold of someone due to the “time difference.”
Moving forward, they receive my return and said there were “stains on it that clearly indicated I wore them without underwear,” so they are only giving me money back for one swimsuit. Not only is their return process annoying AF because they make you take 3 photos of each item in order to QUALIFY for a return, but you can’t even try it on. And I did try it on with my underwear ON and did not remove the hygiene labels. So my vagina only discriminated against 3 swimsuits and not the 4th that I’m getting my money back for?! ON TOP of this, they were kind enough to offer to return the swimsuits I’m now begrudgingly paying for but I must pay the shipping from Australia to the US. The kicker... somehow there was someone available on a Sunday evening US eastern time to email me requesting the payment for the return label yet when I was looking for someone during US operational time, it was explained to me (and you can see their lame excuse in my previous review) that we have different time zones. Yeah, no s$*t. Bottom line, not worth spending money on merchandise you may not like, can’t even try on, difficult to return and steep in the pockets. Buying a swimsuit is difficult enough without all this hassle. Don’t bother.

I am a little unsure about the confusion of the time difference. We are based on the Gold Coast, Australia, and operate on an AEST timezone; as mentioned in the last response, we have this clearly stated in every possible avenue, on our website, on the order confirmation, on the packing slip, and on the automated response you will receive once you email us. We are unsure how we can state this any more clearly through our operations. I can see the team responded back to your emails within the correct timeframe, and the 'Sunday Night' email would have been replied to on a Monday morning our time in Australia.
Regarding your stained items, looking through your email correspondence with our team, we sent you clear images of the garments with the bodily fluid near the crotch area. By no means do we mean to offend when we send these through, but this has become a common occurrence for our returns, so we had to implement having the pictures sent of the garments when requesting the return so these issues can be avoided, but of course there is always room for stains to not be seen before being sent back. As mentioned when requesting the return, the final inspection would be had when the item physically arrived at our HQ. Upon this, we thoroughly check the garments to ensure we can add them back into our inventory. However, yours were not in satisfactory condition; hence the return being refused for those soiled items.
We encourage our customers to try on the garments with their underwear, which is a common practice in retail and eCommerce companies. The hygiene label is sent to keep the garments sanitary and to avoid the spread of bacteria and infections, so wearing your underwear reduces this risk when trying on. Our garments are sanitized, and a new hygiene sticker is placed on the garment if we add this back into our inventory. If we can't, we will give you the option to receive the garments back (at your own cost), or we can dispose of them at our HQ as they pose a significant health and safety risk for our staff and any other customers if they are to go back onto the shelf.
I hopefully have cleared a few misconceptions up for you, and I hope you can understand why we need to hold our returns to such a high standard. As I know myself as a customer, I would not like to receive a bikini with bodily fluids near the crotch, clearly showing it has been worn.

I loved the quality and texture of the swimsuits, they do really hug your body. I have a larger bust and was looking for suport but I feel like one wrong move and the girls will be out. I still love the style of my swimsuits and quality so I will be keeping them. Do not recomend for sport activites if you have a larger bust. It is quiet pricey if you're from Canada and don't forget the duty cost that they will send you. Big plus the fast shipping.
