Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I placed an order for the Saibarina Boots on April 26 and received them on May 5. I opened the package immediately upon delivery only to find that the heel of one of the boots was completely shattered into pieces.

I contacted customer service through chat since I couldn't reach anyone by phone. I was assured that a replacement pair would be delivered by Friday, before Mother’s Day at the latest.

Today is Tuesday after Mother’s Day, and the replacement package is still showing in New Delhi, IN. After checking the tracking information more closely, I realized “IN” stands for India, not Indiana.

To make matters worse, I submitted a review on their website and, unsurprisingly, it was never published.

Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

However, we would also like to share that transit delays are unfortunately not fully within our direct control. FedEx handles millions of shipments daily, and international shipments currently undergo strict customs screening and clearance procedures. Even minor discrepancies in customs checks can sometimes delay a shipment by several days.



We also carefully reviewed the complete email communication from our side and were unable to find any confirmation or promise stating that the replacement shipment would definitely be delivered before Mother’s Day. Nevertheless, we completely understand your disappointment regarding the delay and sincerely regret the inconvenience this situation has caused.



We truly value your feedback and appreciate your patience and understanding.

If I could give a zero star I would

If I could give a zero star I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Things may look cute. But when your package arrives damaged and you submit a claim they chose to not fix the problem. I ordered a wallet and a tote bag. My package arrived ripped to shreds and my wallet was not in the package. I took photos, submitted them by email and called to speak to a rep that said they would investigate and get back to me. They got back to me and sent a video of the order being packaged and are refusing to refund or replace the missing item. So now I’m forced to go through my bank to receive the refund. This company should just be shut down.

Unraveling stitching

I have two purses and the stitching on both bags have started unraveling. I could understand it if they were misused or handled roughly. These were not. I would not recommend these to anyone who would want to keep them longer than a year.

Don’t buy straight from the website

Ordered a bag Aug 30th and after two emails the UPS tracking finally shows it will be here Sept 22nd. The website says within 7 business days orders should arrive. Will never buy from this company again. Go to Amazon. Much better experience.

Buyer beware, don't order.

I ordered a bag Aug 20, today is Sept 4 and I haven't received the bag. They say they shipped it Aug 23 and gave me a tracking number but UPS has never picked it up. I have emailed several times and they say its because the airport in India is busy!! What a joke. I asked for a refund in my latest email and they once again ignored the request and told me the airport was busy. I have filed a dispute with the bank . If you want one of their bags order from amazon.

I Received A Different Item Than What I Ordered

I bought a light blue denim bag with wavy pockets from Myra Bags online. I loved the color and the look! When I received my order, I was so disappointed. It was a dark blue bag with straight pockets, like the back of a pair of jeans. It was absolutely hideous. I emailed them about this issue and was told that all items are not exact. I argued that this item was not even close and I would have never ordered this item had I seen a picture of it on their website. But who am I; just one more customer to scam! In the end, I returned the item, but they kept $10 for shipping! This is so wrong! I just want to warn customers about this deceitful practice. It's a total scam!

Said they had removed me from their mailing list but they keep sending me emails. I don't stock other brands so all their emails are doing is annoying me.

Edit: You have given no way to contact you to give you my email to remove it and seeing as previous attempts to ask to be removed have been ignored by you, I doubt you will take this on board either.
