When you place an order with us, we only place a ‘pending authorisation’ hold on the funds in your account, full payment is not taken until the order has been dispatched. As there is a failed order, the pending funds will have been released shortly after, fading back into your available balance so would not show as a typical refund. Shocked at the delivery charge
Stamps are stamps, no problem there. Delivery time was good. I've been ordering stamps this way for our offices across Sussex for years - so handy for staff not to have to waste time queuing at the Post Office, Shocked to now be charged £4.99 for delivery and unlikely to use this service again for that reason, which is a shame. £4.99 seems excessive,
