I ordered a photo picture of my son’s dog and we couldn’t be any happier with what was sent to us! My son got very emotional when he opened and it now has pride of place in our living room… such a lovely picture and very good quality! I highly recommend this company and thank you again for putting a smile back on my sons face

Print hasn't been delivered after 7days no communication whatsoever, email 20 times no communication at all finally received email if I would like 10% discount or refund!!! I ask for full refund so they keep £8 for artist they need to pay for making my print not to mention that my print wasn't done or send it to me !!! SCAM this is how they making money!!! You will weast your time and nerves to deal with them !!! Totally disgraceful !!! Wish I read reviews before I placed the order!

Snelle service en een super mooi resultaat! Ik heb de poster cadeau gedaan aan een vriendin ter nagedachtenis van haar twee hondjes die zijn overleden. Ze was er super blij mee!

Topservice ! Passen ontwerp aan tot het OK is voor de klant. Al verschillende ontwerpen laten maken en de meeste waren van de eerste keer fantastisch mooi gelukt.

Still waiting on my picture. The 2-4 day turnaround time is a joke. Placed an order intending it as a 40th Birthday gift, it's taken 4 of amends to get the changes requested on
the second version applied. These were not complex - move the image down so there isnt a huge gap and remove an element of the background they applied. Each 'amend' takes at least 24 - 48 hours, even when they havent bothered making the changes. I've had repeated contact with customer service. It's now been 5 days since approving the edit, and only now, after chasing a delivery timeline, have I received tracking information. 2-4 days from order is so misleading. I'd give it at least 3 weeks minimum. This had ruined a surprise.

UPDATE - when the picture did arrive it was someone else's - a chihuahua not 3 golden retrievers. It then took a further 3 weeks for our picture to turn up. Absolute chaos of an organization.

Het was een vlotte en snelle werking. Ik had één aanpassin gevraagd op een zaterdag-avond en zondag ochtend zat de aangepaste versie gewoon in mijn mailbox!

Door een klein accidentje heb ik de verkeerde honden ontvangen, maar dit hebben ze zelf meteen recht gezet. Ik ben dus zeer tevreden van mijn ervaring!

Mijn paard is laatst overleden en ik wilde erg graag een aandenken hebben, maar ik wist niet zo goed wat. Toen ik de schilderijen zag wist ik meteen dat dit een goede oplossing zou zijn. En het is echt PRACHTIG!!

De tekeningen zijn mooi en snel gemaakt. Wijzigingen werden ook snel aangepast. Het duurde wel een tijd voordat deze werden verzonden.

Disappointed after asking them on the first proof to not leave such a blank space above my dog , they said they’d alter it but it arrived today after almost 4wks of waiting with nothing changed.
Quality of frame is cheap and I will look for a better quality frame that will fit the print of dog better.
After paying £48 I feel let down all round.
Don’t bother wasting your money if you think of ordering with them.

Ordered a frame of our three dogs for xmas as a gift to my fiancé. The website claims they will not post until you are happy with your order ie you're allowed to make adjustments/changes to your order until it fits your desire.

I rejected the first 2 drafts and settled on the 3rd (placement of dogs and order of names nothing too drastic)

When I received my order 1 week later it was the original draft with no edits of what I asked for and for the best part of £100 coupled with the 'promise' that you have unlimited edits to get your perfect frame it's a total rip off.

I then immediately emailed with photo evidence of what I wanted and what I got. No response (I gave a week to respond even though the auto email reply stated 24hours) I then emailed again and waited a few days, no reply.

When I went to send a third email to ask for help I received an email from Outlook that only happens when you get blocked.

So not only have they ruined a present, they don't care about their customers enough to rectify their mistake and then expect to be BLOCKED by them as they have zero respect or care for their custom your simply money in their pocket they do not care.

Please don't be fooled by their marketing on Facebook or insta, this is a sham of a business and will bump you or of alot of money for poor quality rushed digital art.

It's safe to say they don't intend on rectifying my issue so please do not support this business as they won't care about your custom either unless your a passive customer that accepts something you didn't order.

Amazing Service and Beautiful Product!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at My Pet Frame. After receiving the first draft, I had a few requests for changes, and they were so accommodating. They made the updates quickly, and the finished product is absolutely stunning! The attention to detail and the level of care they put into their work is incredible. I cannot fault the service or the quality of the product. Many thanks to the team for creating something so special—highly recommended!

Oplichters!Ik heb 77€ betaald voor niks!Schandalig!

Zeer slechte customer service. Foto gestuurd waar een "kunstwerk" van gemaakt zou worden. Verre van een kunstwerk gekregen, net als de lijst waar de foto inzat... BESCHADIGD!! Had een foto met een liggende hond gestuurd, kreeg van de "kunstenaar" (lees computer) een rechtopstaande hond. Vervolgens een mail over gestuurd, chatbericht gestuurd... nergens reactie op gekregen!!! (ze konden mijn mail niet vinden)... Uiteraard de hele bestelling vooraf betaald. Gezien het een Kerstcadeau was en GEEN reactie kreeg vanuit Pet Frame, uiteindelijk een mail gestuurd dat ik ONDER LUID PROTEST de bestelling wilde ontvangen. Krijg ik dus als extra een BESCHADIGDE lijst!! En ook de digitale download ONTBREEKT... NOOIT gehad!
Mijn advies .... nooit nog wat bestellen bij deze firma. Ze hebben zelfs niet het respect om hun fouten op te lossen en reageren niet op emails.

Awful product and service. Would never use again. The artwork produced was so bad, asked for changes which weren’t made, then wouldn’t give me a full refund. They take a “small fee” once artwork is started however when they fail to make changes or do anything slightly reminiscent to the photo that was sent in, the fee should not be kept as they have not provided the service they advertise.
